Medical review: All articles on Red Light Therapy Top 10 are reviewed for scientific accuracy and evidence-based relevance by our medical expert team. This page is wellness information, not a diagnosis or a treatment plan. Sessions with either mix may help a general wellness routine. Neither panel is presented as treating disease.

This is a two-brand fight, not a third-brand coronation. Rouge Care is the Canadian G4 catalog: eight listed wavelengths on every full G4 panel, including 1060 nm, a 30-degree beam, and a 71.65-inch Max and Ultimate chassis. Mito Red Light (mitoredlight.com, not MITO LIGHT Europe at mitolight.com) is the US value ladder: MitoMIN 2.0 still at $249, MitoPRO X with a published 17 percent at 810 nm, MitoADAPT 4.0 with 11 wavelength modes, and no 1064 nm anywhere in the live panel JSON. Criterion rows split. The dual trophy below is between these two only.

Dual winner from these two brands only. Rouge takes 1060 nm and 71-inch coverage. Mito takes the value ladder, 17% at 810 nm, ADAPT modes, and the Trustpilot sample that is not thin.

Rouge Care sells from rouge.care. Headquarters sit in Canada. G4 pages list FDA and Health Canada registration. Nano is the dual-band handheld. Tabletop, Pro, Max, and Ultimate share the eight-wavelength dual-chip recipe, 30-degree beam, seven presets, and an app. Mito Red Light is a Scottsdale, Arizona catalog at mitoredlight.com, not MITO LIGHT Europe at mitolight.com. Live families: MitoPRO+, MitoPRO X, MitoADAPT 4.0, and 2.0. MegaX is not in the 1 September 2026 collection.

Stickers pulled 1 September 2026 from rouge.care/products.json and mitoredlight.com/products.json. Rouge Labor Day 25 percent off: Nano $221, Tabletop G4 $483, Pro G4 $1,121, Max G4 $2,246, Ultimate G4 $4,196. MitoPRO 300X $449, ADAPT MIN $549, PRO 300+ $369, MitoMIN 2.0 $249. No competitor coupon is invented. TOP10 is 6 percent off RLT Home only and appears only in the later funnel.

Both offer a three-year panel warranty (treat Nano as one year unless the order confirmation says otherwise), a 60-day no-restock trial on the lights, and FDA registration rather than clearance. Stands are extra except Rouge Tabletop small stand.

At-a-glance verdict: Rouge for 1060 nm, a 71-inch chassis, a 30-degree beam, and Canadian checkout. Mito for a lower entry price, 17 percent at 810 nm on MitoPRO X, ADAPT modes, and a Trustpilot sample measured in hundreds.

Rouge Care

The Canadian 8-band, 1060 nm G4 catalog

Rouge Tabletop G4 red light therapy panel
Rouge Tabletop G4, 72 dual-chip LEDs, 12.6 x 9.06 x 2.56 in. Manufacturer CDN photo. Live Labor Day price $483 (compare-at $645) on 1 September 2026.

G4 is the 2026 home line: Tabletop 72 LEDs with a small stand, Pro 288 lamps at 36.22 x 11.81 in, Max 71.65 in tall, Ultimate 22.83 in wide at that height. Nano is the 660/850 handheld at $221. Full G4 panels share eight wavelengths, a 30-degree beam, per-band dimming, and an app. The even ~12.5 percent split is a dual-chip artifact, so four reds take about half of output.

Mito Red Light

The size-ladder dual-chip specialist

MitoPRO X red light therapy panel series
MitoPRO X series. Manufacturer CDN photo. Live 300X $449, 750X $749, 1500X $1,299 on 1 September 2026.

Live 1 September 2026 families: MitoPRO+ (four wavelengths), MitoPRO X (six, including 590 and 810 nm, app), MitoADAPT 4.0 (eight to 940 nm, 11 modes), plus 2.0 at $249 to $1,049. TruDUAL publishes lenses and chips together, for example 300/600 on the 1500X. That is a surface-spread design, not a defect. No live panel lists 1064 nm. ADAPT stops at 940 nm. PRO X and PRO+ stop at 850 nm. PRO+ also skips 810 nm.

Spectrum and wavelength density

Density beats band count. Rouge G4 lists eight names and splits them at about 12.5 percent each because two chips sit equally in every lamp: 630, 650, 660, 670, 810, 830, 850, 1060 nm. That is 1060, not 1064. Four reds take about 50 percent of output. Per-band dimming mutes a channel. It does not rewrite the hardware into a study-weighted table.

MitoPRO X publishes 6/22/22/17/17/17 at 590/630/660/810/830/850 nm. The 17 percent at 810 nm is the cleanest density win Mito has here. ADAPT is an even eight-circuit mix to 940 nm. 2.0 stays 50/50 at 660/850. No live Mito panel lists 1060 or 1064 nm.

Practical read: listed 1060 nm is a Rouge G4 job. Published 17 percent at 810 nm is a MitoPRO X job. Neither mix is a treatment protocol. Red light therapy may help some people with skin appearance or recovery goals.

Edge: Rouge for a listed 1060 nm slice and extra 650/670 reds. MitoPRO X for a published 17 percent at 810 nm. MitoADAPT for 940 nm and amber. Do not treat eight names as eight equal clinical bets on either even-split line.

Power and Irradiance: Measured by Independent Third Parties

Two measurement families show up on both catalogs. They are not interchangeable. Solar power meters over-read LED panels. Spectrometers measure optical power in a defined window. This page compares spectrometer to spectrometer, or average to average from the same independent lab, and never mixes a solar-meter headline with a spectrometer cell.

Rouge solar-meter headline is 164 mW/cm2 on every G4 size. That repeated 164 is not a dose proof. Spectrometer cells: Tabletop 79, Pro 90, Max 81, Ultimate 85 mW/cm2 at six inches. Nano is greater than 100 mW/cm2 at 8 cm, not at six inches. Mito spectrometer column: 300X >56, 750X >70, 1500X >73, ADAPT MAX >60, PRO 1500+ >68. Solar-meter 130-170 must not sit next to those cells. LTI (affiliation disclosed on the Rouge Pro review): Pro G4 peak 65 avg 59.2; 300X 60 / 51.8; ADAPT MAX 74 / 58; PRO 1500+ 87 / 76.5. Peak-to-peak or average-to-average only.

MitoPRO 1500+>68 mW/cm2Peak 87, avg 76.5>170 solar-meter headline

Edge: Both brands publish a spectrometer column, which is more honest than solar-only catalogs. Independent LTI coverage is broader on Mito. Rouge Pro brand 90 and LTI 65/59.2 must stay in separate columns. No winner is declared by mixing tools.

Dual-chip construction is a fact, not a smear

Both catalogs in this pairing use dual-chip lamps on the panels that matter. Rouge G4 places two equally sized chips in every 5W lamp. Mito calls the same idea TruDUAL and prints lens count next to chip count. Dual-chip is a design choice with two honest consequences.

Surface spread is the dual-chip pitch: two dies behind one lens. Per-band power is the cost: wattage splits, so each named peak is weaker at depth than a single-chip 5W package. Rouge even 12.5 percent split is that hardware. MitoPRO X 6/22/22/17/17/17 map is more deliberate inside the same family. A buyer who wants one peak per lamp leaves this pairing for a single-chip catalog.

Edge: Tie on chip family. Both are dual-chip. MitoPRO X publishes a more useful per-band map. Rouge is more transparent that the even split is what the lamp construction forces.

Beam angle: 30 degrees versus 60 degrees

Rouge G4 lists a 30-degree beam. Mito panel FAQ lists a 60-degree sweet spot. A tighter beam holds energy in a smaller footprint. A wider beam paints a larger patch. Distance still dominates dose. A 43-inch 1500X does not become a 71-inch Max because the beam is wider. Pick 30 degrees for a focused column, 60 degrees for a flood.

Edge: Rouge for a focused 30-degree G4. Mito for a 60-degree flood. Pick the optical job, not a universal winner.

Coverage, height, and LED density

A 36-inch panel is not a standing adult. LED count without area is a vanity metric. Density is LEDs per square inch. Rouge Pro G4: 288 lamps in 36.22 x 11.81 in, about 0.67 per sq in. Max G4: 576 lamps in 71.65 x 11.81 in, about 0.68. Ultimate: 1,152 lamps in 71.65 x 22.83 in, about 0.70. Max covers standing height as a narrow column. Ultimate is the width play.

MitoPRO 1500X: 300 lenses in 10 x 43 in, about 0.70 per sq in. Forty-three inches is a tall half-body, not a 71-inch column. ADAPT MAX is 12 x 36 in. MEGA 2.0 is 36 x 12 in. Two Mito panels increase coverage area, not irradiance on one spot, and add a multi-panel stand.

Rouge Max G4 tall red light therapy panel
Rouge Max G4, 576 dual-chip LEDs, 71.65 x 11.81 x 2.56 in. Live sale price $2,246. Floor stand $168 extra. Manufacturer CDN photo.
MitoADAPT 4.0 red light therapy panel series
MitoADAPT 4.0 series. Manufacturer CDN photo. Live MIN $549, MID $999, MAX $1,499 on 1 September 2026. ADAPT MAX is 12 x 36 in.

Edge: Rouge for a live 71.65-inch single panel. Mito for a cheaper 36- to 43-inch chassis if the buyer will stack or accept half-body height. Density is close at about 0.67 to 0.70 per sq in on the mid and tall panels compared here.

Modes, apps, and pulsing

Rouge G4 ships seven named presets plus per-wavelength dimming and 1 to 10,000 Hz pulsing. That is a control story, not proof a preset matches a human trial. Nano stays on red, near-infrared, or both. MitoPRO+ and 2.0 are timers. MitoPRO X adds a touchscreen and app. MitoADAPT 4.0 is the mode specialist with 11 wavelength-combination modes, and still stops at 940 nm. Buyers who want no app stay on Mito 2.0 or PRO+.

Edge: MitoADAPT for 11 named wavelength modes. Rouge G4 for per-band dimming and a very wide pulse range. Mito 2.0 and PRO+ if the buyer wants a timer and no app.

In the box, stands, and realistic totals

Goggles are listed in Rouge G4 boxes. MitoPRO X and MitoADAPT list opaque goggles plus Mito Red IR3 glasses. PRO+ and 2.0 do not state the same kit. Realistic 1 September 2026 totals: Tabletop G4 $483 with its small stand. Pro G4 plus $105 floor stand = $1,226. Max plus $168 = $2,414. Ultimate plus $262 = $4,458, or $4,942 with the $746 motorized stand. Rouge stand returns carry a 20 percent restocking fee. Mito floor stands are $139 (ADAPT heavy-duty $199, universal $349). 1500X plus stand is $1,438. ADAPT MAX plus stand is $1,638, hundreds below Max G4 at a much shorter chassis.

Rouge Ultimate G4 full-body red light therapy panel
Rouge Ultimate G4, 1,152 dual-chip LEDs, 71.65 x 22.83 x 2.56 in. Live sale price $4,196. Floor stand $262 or motorized stand $746 extra. Manufacturer CDN photo.
MitoMIN 2.0 tabletop red light therapy panel
MitoMIN 2.0, 60 LEDs at 660 and 850 nm. Live price $249 on 1 September 2026. Manufacturer CDN photo.

Edge: Mito for a cheaper realistic total at tabletop and mid sizes. Rouge for a 71-inch chassis if the buyer will pay the stand. Rouge Pro $105 floor stand is actually cheaper than Mito $139 for that size class.

13 reviews · trustpilot.com/review/rougecare.ca · indexed 1 September 2026

The listing exists and the score is high. Thirteen reviews is a thin sample. This page says so and awards the row on score plus sample, not vibes. No invented Rouge count. No on-site stars.

Mito Red Light

4.4 / 5

756 reviews · trustpilot.com/review/www.mitoredlight.com · indexed 1 September 2026

Matches the prior snapshot of 4.4 / 5 from 756. Regional mirrors can lag. This page uses the US www.mitoredlight.com listing, not MITO LIGHT Europe.

Edge: Mito. 4.4 from 756 beats 4.5 from 13 once sample size is in the rule. Rouge thin listing is disclosed, not hidden, and is not padded with on-site stars.

Trial, returns, and warranty

Both advertise 60 days and no restocking fee on the light panels, with the customer paying return shipping. Mito sells an optional paid Free Returns add-on. Rouge stands are the exception: 20 percent restocking. Warranty is three years on G4 and Mito panels. Treat Nano as one year unless the order confirmation says otherwise. Rouge lists free shipping to the USA and Canada. Mito lists free standard US shipping.

Edge: Tie on the core 60-day, no-restock, customer-pays-shipping, three-year panel shape. Mito slightly ahead only for buyers who will buy the paid return add-on. Rouge slightly ahead for Canadian shipping. Rouge stands are the restocking exception.

FDA-registered, not cleared

Every rectangular home panel here is FDA-registered, not cleared. Rouge describes G4 devices as low-risk general wellness products and does not claim medical grade on the pages used here. Mito uses medical-grade and Class II language on PRO X and ADAPT. No home panel holds a medical-grade performance classification. Only the MitoGLOW mask is cleared, and it is not a panel.

Edge: Tie on the actual listing. Rouge wellness wording is the more careful of the two. Mito medical-grade panel copy is fair to flag as language, not as clearance.

Who Rouge Care is for

Pick Rouge for listed 1060 nm, a 71-inch chassis, a 30-degree beam, extra 650/670 reds, per-band dimming, and Canadian shipping. Tabletop G4 is the small G4 at $483 with a stand. Skip Rouge for a $249 tabletop, 17 percent at 810 nm, 11 ADAPT modes, or a Trustpilot sample in the hundreds. Stands are extra above Tabletop, with 20 percent restock on stand returns.

Who Mito Red Light is for

Pick Mito for a ladder from $249, 17 percent at 810 nm on MitoPRO X, 11 ADAPT modes, a 60-degree flood, and Trustpilot 4.4 from 756. 300X at $449 is the desk peer of Tabletop G4. 1500X at $1,299 is the tallest common live Mito panel. Skip Mito for 1060/1064 nm, a 71-inch single panel, or Canadian checkout. MegaX is not in the live collection. This is mitoredlight.com, not MITO LIGHT Europe.

If this pairing is not the last word

RLT Home is not the overall winner of this page. It is the next catalog if the buyer wants a seven-band mix with 480 nm blue, 19 percent at 810 nm, 14 percent at 1064 nm, nine science-built modes, a free personalised weekly usage plan, and a motorized stand already in the full-body SKU. Both brands already have live versus RLT Home pages on this site.

Wins this pairing for a listed 1060 nm slice, a 71.65-inch Max and Ultimate, a 30-degree beam, extra 650/670 reds, G4 per-band dimming, and Canadian checkout. Tabletop G4 is the clean small G4 at $483 with a stand in the box. Labor Day stickers are live on 1 September 2026 and may not last.

🏆 Mito Red Light

Wins this pairing for the $249 to $1,499 ladder, a published 17 percent at 810 nm on MitoPRO X, 11 ADAPT modes, a 60-degree flood, cheaper mid-size realistic totals, and Trustpilot 4.4 / 5 from 756 reviews. That is a genuine trophy, not a consolation line.

There is no honest single crown that fits every checkout, and this page does not auto-crown a third brand. 1060 nm and a 71-inch panel leave with Rouge. 17 percent at 810 nm, ADAPT modes, a lower sticker, and a 756-review Trustpilot sample leave with Mito. If the next question is a study-weighted seven-band mix, use the published Rouge vs RLT Home and Mito vs RLT Home pages. That is a funnel, not a rewrite of the dual winner above.

FAQ

Does Mito Red Light make a 1064 nm panel?

Not in the live 1 September 2026 panel JSON. MitoPRO X and MitoPRO+ stop at 850 nm. MitoADAPT 4.0 lists 940 nm as its deepest band. MitoMIND and some nasal attachments use 1070 nm and are not rectangular home panels. Do not mix those SKUs into a panel comparison.

Why does Mito win user reviews if Rouge scores 4.5?

Score plus sample. Rouge Trustpilot listing is 4.5 / 5 from 13 reviews on rougecare.ca, indexed 1 September 2026, and the sample is thin. Mito US listing is 4.4 / 5 from 756 reviews on www.mitoredlight.com. This page does not invent Rouge reviews and does not mix on-site stars into the row.

Is MITO LIGHT Europe the same company?

No. This page is Mito Red Light at mitoredlight.com. MITO LIGHT is a separate European brand at mitolight.com. Their Trustpilot listings, spectra, and prices are not interchangeable.

Which panel actually covers a standing adult?
