Medical review: All articles on Red Light Therapy Top 10 are reviewed for scientific accuracy and evidence-based relevance by our medical expert team. This page is wellness information, not a diagnosis or a treatment plan. Red light therapy may help some people with skin appearance or recovery goals. It is not presented here as a treatment for any named disease.

This pairing is a 71-inch height fight with two different architectures. Rouge Care is the Montreal G4 line: eight named bands including 1060 nm, a dual-disclose spectrometer table, goggles in the G4 box, and a Labor Day 25 percent site-wide sale that puts the Nano at $221 and the Ultimate G4 at $4,196. Infraredi is the Australian-founded Pro Series 2.0: five named bands, dual-lens 6W stacks, a door-hook default on most sizes, pulsing from 0 to 10,000 Hz, and a live Summer Sale that puts the Mini at $559 and the Studio at $5,039. RLT Home is not in this scorecard. It appears only in the later funnel.

Dual winner from these two brands only. Rouge Care for 8-band 1060 nm, dual-disclose spectrometer numbers, Labor Day stickers, and a single 71-inch G4 chassis. Infraredi for pulsing, door-hook Dual stacks, and the larger Trustpilot sample.

Both already sell a ~71-inch home array. Rouge Max G4 and Ultimate G4 are one chassis at 71.65 inches. Infraredi Dual, Elite, and Studio are stacked Pro Max modules at 181.6 cm, about 71.5 inches. Compare equivalent configs. Both use dual-chip LEDs, list a three-year warranty and a 60-day trial, and ship free on the live 1 September 2026 catalogs (Rouge: USA and Canada; Infraredi: local-warehouse express). Floor stands are extra on Rouge G4. Infraredi includes a door hook as the default Mini through Dual Plus variant. No coupon is invented. Code TOP10 is 6 percent off RLT Home only and is mentioned only in the funnel.

At-a-glance verdict: Dual winner. Rouge Care if the buyer wants 8-band 1060 nm, published spectrometer twins, and a single 71-inch G4 at Labor Day stickers. Infraredi if the buyer wants 0 to 10,000 Hz pulsing, a door-hook Dual they can hang today, and a public Trustpilot sample large enough to read. Sessions may help a general wellness routine. Neither panel treats disease.

Rouge Care

Canadian G4: eight bands, 1060 nm, one 71-inch chassis

Rouge Ultimate G4 8-band red light therapy panel
Rouge Ultimate G4, 1,152 dual-chip LEDs in a 71.65 x 22.83-inch chassis. Live Labor Day price $4,196. Manufacturer CDN photo.

Rouge Care is a Montreal brand. The live 1 September 2026 panel catalog is the G4 series plus a two-band Nano. G4 Tabletop, Pro, Max, and Ultimate share eight wavelengths: 630, 650, 660, 670, 810, 830, 850, and 1060 nm. That 1060 nm slice is the deepest named band on the G4 sheet. The even ~12.5 percent split is a dual-chip construction fact, not a clinically tuned ratio: four reds take about half of output, and 1060 nm takes 12.5 percent. Rouge still names 1060 nm. Infraredi does not.

G4 pages publish both a solar-meter figure and a spectrometer figure at six inches, plus an integrating-sphere lab report. That dual-disclose habit is the irradiance story on this pairing. Stands are sold separately. Goggles are listed in the G4 box. The live Labor Day sale is 25 percent off, which is how Nano sits at $221, Tabletop G4 at $483, Pro G4 at $1,121, Max G4 at $2,246, and Ultimate G4 at $4,196.

Infraredi

Pro Series 2.0: five bands, dual-lens 6W, stacked Dual to Studio

Infraredi Pro Dual 2.0 stacked red light therapy panels on a vertical stand
Infraredi Pro Dual 2.0, two Pro Max 2.0 modules stacked to 181.6 cm (about 71.5 inches), 420 dual-lens LEDs. Door-hook variant $1,759 on the live Summer Sale. Manufacturer CDN photo.

Infraredi is Australian-founded and ships from regional warehouses, including Melbourne. Every Pro Series 2.0 panel lists the same five wavelengths (630, 660, 810, 830, and 850 nm) and the same dual-lens LED package: two 3W chips in a 6W lamp. Density is unpublished. Headline irradiance is a solar-meter 250 mW/cm² with no distance on the live table. The control story is the differentiator: preset programs, Wind Down dimming, 1 to 100 percent brightness, pulsing from 0 to 10,000 Hz, and a Bluetooth app.

Full-body height is a stack, not a single 71-inch extrusion. Dual is two Pro Max panels. Elite is four. Studio is six Pro Max panels and 1,260 dual-lens LEDs across 181.6 cm. Live Summer Sale, 1 September 2026: Mini door hook $559, Dual door hook $1,759, Elite vertical $3,519, Studio vertical $5,039. Door hook is the default Mini through Dual Plus checkout variant. Elite, Elite Plus, and Studio default to a vertical stand.

Spectrum and wavelength density: the most important difference

Count is not the story. Density is the share of output in each band. This pairing has one published even split and one unpublished five-band list. The honest read is those two facts, not a smear of either catalog.

Rouge G4: eight named bands, 1060 nm at 12.5 percent

Tabletop G4, Pro G4, Max G4, and Ultimate G4 list 630, 650, 660, 670, 810, 830, 850, and 1060 nm. Nano is the exception: 24 lamps, 660 nm plus 850 nm only. Do not treat the Nano as an 8-band panel just because it shares the Rouge logo.

G4 dual-chip construction places two chips equally in every LED. That forces an even ~12.5 percent per wavelength: about 50 percent of output sits in the four reds, and 1060 nm receives 12.5 percent. Extra red names (650 nm and 670 nm) are real. They are not extra density at 1060 nm. Infraredi lists neither 650 nm, 670 nm, nor 1060 nm. Neither catalog lists 480 nm blue.

Infraredi Pro 2.0: five named bands, density unpublished

Every Pro Mini through Studio lists 630, 660, 810, 830, and 850 nm. That card is not eight bands and does not include 1060 nm. The brand does not publish a percent-by-band table on the live Pro 2.0 pages checked 1 September 2026. Five names without a share is not the same evidence as Rouge’s even 12.5 percent split, and it is not proof that Infraredi dumps everything into 660 and 850. 810 nm and 830 nm are named. The share is unpublished.

Edge: Rouge Care on 8-band mix including a named 1060 nm slice and a published even-split table. Infraredi on a five-band card that still includes 810 nm and 830 nm, with no published density to score against 12.5 percent. Dual-chip on both sides is a package type, not a smear.

Rouge Max G4 full-height red light therapy panel
Rouge Max G4, 576 LEDs in a single 71.65 x 11.81-inch chassis. Live Labor Day price $2,246. Manufacturer CDN photo.

Power and Irradiance: Measured by Independent Third Parties

Solar power meters overstate LED output. Spectrometer figures should be compared with spectrometer figures. Average should be compared with average. Peak should be compared with peak. This page does not mix a 250 mW/cm² solar-meter marketing table with a 90 mW/cm² spectrometer twin and call that a winner.

Rouge G4 pages print both numbers at six inches. Live dual-disclose spectrometer figures: Tabletop G4 79 mW/cm², Pro G4 90, Max G4 81, Ultimate G4 85, each listed beside a 164 mW/cm² solar-meter twin. Light Therapy Insiders, measuring a Pro G4, recorded peak 65 and average 59.2 mW/cm². That LTI test is affiliated. Quote it as affiliated, next to the brand spectrometer twins, not as a secret independent knockout.

Infraredi labels the live comparison table Solar Meter. Most Pro 2.0 rows show 250 mW/cm² or greater than 250 mW/cm² with no distance. That figure is not a spectrometer peak at six inches. Independent of the brand table, Alex Fergus recorded about 72 mW/cm² at six inches on a Pro Max. That is the fair third-party number to put next to Rouge’s six-inch spectrometer twins, with the usual lab-to-lab caveat: different rooms, different meters, different days.

Read the spectrometer-class figures as the same order of magnitude (high 50s to around 90 mW/cm² at six inches), not as a 250 versus 90 fight. Rouge’s 164 and Infraredi’s 250 are both solar-meter headlines and are not a joint-lab comparison.

Edge: Rouge Care for dual-disclose spectrometer twins at six inches across the G4 line. Infraredi’s honest third-party datapoint is the Alex Fergus Pro Max reading near 72 mW/cm² at six inches, not the 250 solar-meter table. Neither brand is “weak” on power once the method is named.

Infraredi Pro Max 2.0 half-body red light therapy panel on a base stand
Infraredi Pro Max 2.0, 210 dual-lens LEDs, 90.8 x 22 cm. Door-hook variant $959 on the live Summer Sale. Brand irradiance table is labelled Solar Meter. Manufacturer CDN photo.

LED chips: dual-chip on both sides, different packages

Rouge G4 uses dual-chip 5W LEDs. Two chips sit equally in each lamp, which is why the eight-band split is even. Infraredi Pro 2.0 uses dual-lens 6W lamps described as two 3W chips per LED, one red and one near-infrared in each dual-lens housing. Dual-chip is a fact on both catalogs. It is not a quality smear against either brand.

Each dual-chip lamp splits power across two wavelengths. That is construction, not a smear. The useful difference here is package and density: Rouge’s even eight-band split versus Infraredi’s unpublished five-band dual-lens mix. Infraredi’s 6W versus Rouge’s 5W is a lamp spec, not an irradiance measurement. Density is similar where it can be computed: Max G4 about 0.68 LEDs per square inch (576 in 71.65 x 11.81), Dual about 0.68 (420 in 71.5 x 8.7), Ultimate about 0.70, Elite about 0.68. Width and module count are the real coverage gap.

Edge: Tie on package type. Both are dual-chip. Rouge for a published even-split consequence of that package. Infraredi for a dual-lens 6W lamp and a no-gap stack story. Do not treat dual-chip as a defect on either side.

Coverage: both are ~71 inches, and they are not the same object

Height is a tie if the only question is “is it 71 inches?” Rouge Max G4 and Ultimate G4 are 71.65 inches in one chassis (11.81 or 22.83 inches wide, 576 or 1,152 LEDs). Infraredi Dual, Elite, Elite Plus, and Studio are 181.6 cm, about 71.5 inches, as stacked Pro Max modules. Dual is two Max panels (420 LEDs, about 8.7 inches wide). Elite is four (840 LEDs, about 17.3 inches). Studio is six Pro Max panels and 1,260 lamps. Connecting more modules increases coverage area. It does not raise the irradiance on any one spot of skin.

Half-body rows are closer than the flagships. Rouge Pro G4 is 36.22 x 11.81 inches, 288 LEDs. Infraredi Pro Max 2.0 is 90.8 x 22 cm, about 35.7 x 8.7 inches, 210 LEDs. Infraredi Pro Max Plus 2.0 is the same height at 35 cm wide with 300 LEDs. Infraredi Pro Semi 2.0 is 127.6 x 22 cm, about 50.2 inches, 294 LEDs, a mid-tall column Rouge does not copy. Tabletop: Rouge Tabletop G4 is 12.6 x 9.06 inches, 72 LEDs, 8-band. Infraredi Mini 2.0 is 36.8 x 22 cm, about 14.5 x 8.7 inches, 84 LEDs, 5-band. Nano is the portable exception at 5.9 x 2.99 inches, 24 lamps, 660 plus 850 only.

Edge: Tie on 71-inch class height. Rouge for a single 71.65-inch chassis at 11.81 or 22.83 inches wide. Infraredi for a modular Dual you can start as a Max and grow into Elite or Studio, and for the 50-inch Semi that Rouge does not sell.

Infraredi Pro Elite 2.0 four-panel modular red light therapy system on a vertical stand
Infraredi Pro Elite 2.0, four Pro Max modules, 840 LEDs, 181.6 x 44 cm. Vertical-stand variant $3,519 on the live Summer Sale. Manufacturer CDN photo.

Modes, pulsing, and the app

Infraredi publishes the control stack Rouge does not match on live G4 pages: preset programs, Wind Down dimming, 1 to 100 percent brightness, pulsing from 0 to 10,000 Hz, and a Bluetooth app. That is a real product difference. Rouge G4 pages confirm red and NIR groups can run together or independently. A public pulsing Hz range was not verified on live G4 pages, so this page does not invent one or treat the gap as a smear. Sessions may help when the buyer repeats a simple dose. They do not replace a clinician.

Edge: Infraredi for 0 to 10,000 Hz pulsing, Wind Down, 1 to 100 percent dimming, and Bluetooth. Rouge for a verified independent red / NIR split without an app. Do not score an unverified G4 pulse range.

In the box: goggles versus a door hook

Rouge G4 pages list goggles in the box. Stands are extra. Live Labor Day stands: floor Pro $105, Max $168, Ultimate $262, pneumatic $427, small motorized $525, motorized $746. Max G4 plus floor stand is $2,414. Ultimate G4 plus floor stand is $4,458. Infraredi includes a door hook as the default Mini through Dual Plus mount, which is why Dual starts at $1,759 rather than $2,079 vertical. Elite, Elite Plus, and Studio ship as vertical-stand variants. Horizontal Dual is $2,519. Infraredi’s blog advises goggles for sensitive eyes or else closing the eyes. A goggles-in-box statement was not found on live Pro 2.0 pages. Rouge’s G4 lists name goggles.

Edge: Infraredi for a door-hook default that makes a 71.5-inch Dual hang without a $319 vertical stand. Rouge for goggles in the G4 box. Floor stands cost extra on Rouge every time. Horizontal lie-down is an Infraredi Dual Plus / Elite paid variant, not a Rouge Max default.

Rouge Pro G4 half-body red light therapy panel
Rouge Pro G4, 288 dual-chip LEDs, 36.22 x 11.81 inches. Live Labor Day price $1,121. Goggles listed in the G4 box. Manufacturer CDN photo.

User reviews: independent Trustpilot, pulled 1 September 2026

Manufacturer on-site star widgets are not mixed with Trustpilot. Infraredi product pages show 4.8 or 4.9 on-site scores. Independent listings below were read 1 September 2026.

Rouge Care · Trustpilot

4.5 / 5

13 reviews · trustpilot.com/review/rougecare.ca · pulled 1 September 2026. Thin sample. Say so.

The 4.5 score is real. Thirteen reviews is too small to treat as a stable public record. This page does not invent extra reviews or mix those 13 with any Rouge website widget.

Infraredi · Trustpilot

3.9 / 5

148 reviews · trustpilot.com/review/infraredi.com · pulled 1 September 2026.

The 3.9 score is lower than Rouge’s 4.5. The sample is more than ten times larger. This page does not invent a 4.8 Trustpilot score from on-site stars. The independent listing is 3.9 from 148.

Awarding the user-reviews row on score plus sample: Infraredi wins. A 4.5 from 13 is thin. A 3.9 from 148 is a public sample a shopper can actually read. Rouge’s higher score is flagged as thin, not discarded.

Edge: Infraredi on Trustpilot sample (148 versus 13). Rouge on the raw 4.5 score, with the thin-sample caveat attached every time that 4.5 is quoted.

Trial, warranty, and shipping

Both list 60 days and three years. Rouge: 60-day return on light panels if like-new in original packaging, no restocking fee on those panels. Stands and racks carry a 20 percent restocking fee if mint and unassembled. The client pays return shipping. Three-year materials warranty; free replacements warranted six months. Free shipping USA and Canada. Infraredi: 60-day trial, no restocking fee stated, return shipping deducted from the refund, three-year replacement, free express from local warehouses including Melbourne.

Edge: Tie on 60 days and three years. Rouge for a written no-restocking rule on panels (stands excepted). Infraredi for local-warehouse express and a simpler stand restocking story, because the door hook is already in the default variant. Both charge the customer to send a panel back.

FDA-registered, not cleared, and the “medical grade” language

Home panels in this pairing are FDA-registered at most, not FDA-cleared for treating a named disease. Rouge describes devices as low-risk general wellness products and does not lean on “medical grade” as a panel claim. Infraredi prints “Medical-Grade Quality” on Pro Series 2.0 pages and notes TGA listing in Australia. Marketing language is not US clearance.

Rouge cites Health Canada registration. That is a Canadian registry fact, not a US clearance. The home-panel ceiling stays the same: registered, not cleared.

Edge: Rouge for restrained wellness language. Infraredi for TGA listing on the Australian device. Neither home panel is FDA-cleared.

Labor Day 25 percent off is the sticker win once 8-band and chassis width are held constant. Infraredi still wins the cheapest 71.5-inch hang: Dual door hook at $1,759, $487 below Max G4 before a Rouge stand. That Dual is narrower, uses 420 lamps instead of 576, and has no 1060 nm. Nano at $221 is the cheapest object in either catalog and is 660 plus 850 only, not an 8-band G4. Tabletop G4 at $483 is the cheaper 8-band targeted panel. Mini at $559 is the cheaper 5-band targeted panel.

Who Rouge Care is for

Choose Rouge Care if 1060 nm on an 8-band G4 sheet is the point, and if a single 71.65-inch chassis matters more than a stack. Tabletop G4 $483 is the 8-band on-ramp. Pro G4 $1,121 is the wider half-body. Max G4 $2,246 is the one-piece 71-inch panel. Ultimate G4 $4,196 is the 22.83-inch flagship. Dual-disclose spectrometer twins, goggles in the G4 box, and Labor Day 25 percent off complete that fit. Skip Rouge if pulsing, Wind Down, or a door hook in the first box is the session. Skip Nano if $221 is mistaken for eight G4 bands.

Who Infraredi is for

Choose Infraredi if the session needs pulsing, Wind Down, or an app, and if a 71.5-inch Dual on a door hook at $1,759 is the way into full-height coverage. Mini $559, Max $959, Semi $1,479 (a 50-inch step Rouge does not sell), Elite $3,519, Studio $5,039. Trustpilot 3.9 from 148 is the readable sample. Skip Infraredi if 1060 nm or a published six-inch spectrometer twin is non-negotiable, or if one 11.81-inch chassis matters more than a stack.

If you still want a third architecture

This scorecard is Rouge Care versus Infraredi only. A third catalog appears here as a funnel, not as a silent overall winner. RLT Home publishes seven-band density including 480 nm and 1064 nm, ships a stand in every Total Spectrum box, and lists code TOP10 at 6 percent off live 1 September 2026 prices. That code is RLT Home only.

Verdict

🏆 Dual winner · Rouge Care

8-band 1060 nm, dual-disclose spectrometer, Labor Day 71-inch G4

Rouge Care wins the 8-band 1060 nm share, the six-inch spectrometer twins, the Labor Day 25 percent stickers from Nano $221 through Ultimate G4 $4,196, goggles in the G4 box, and a single 71.65-inch chassis at 11.81 or 22.83 inches wide. That is the buyer who wants named deep NIR and one panel, not a stack.

🏆 Dual winner · Infraredi

Pulsing, door-hook Dual stacks, Trustpilot sample

Infraredi wins 0 to 10,000 Hz pulsing, Wind Down and Bluetooth, the door-hook default that hangs a 71.5-inch Dual at $1,759, the modular path into Elite and Studio, and the Trustpilot row on sample (3.9 from 148 versus 4.5 from 13). That is the buyer who wants control, a hangable stack, and a public review file they can actually read.

🏆 Dual winner: Rouge Care and Infraredi. RLT Home is not crowned here. Height is a tie at ~71 inches. Dual-chip is a fact on both sides. Sessions may help a general wellness routine. Neither home panel is FDA-cleared.

FAQ

Does Rouge Care beat Infraredi on 1060 nm?

Yes on the named band. G4 lists 1060 nm at 12.5 percent of the even split. Infraredi Pro 2.0 lists 630, 660, 810, 830, and 850 nm and stops there. 12.5 percent of a dual-chip G4 is not a 1064 nm laboratory laser. It is still a band Infraredi does not sell on these panels.

Is Infraredi’s 250 mW/cm² stronger than Rouge’s 90 mW/cm²?

No. 250 is a solar-meter headline with no distance. 90 is a Pro G4 spectrometer twin at six inches. Compare spectrometer with spectrometer. Alex Fergus recorded about 72 mW/cm² at six inches on a Pro Max. Light Therapy Insiders recorded Pro G4 peak 65 / average 59.2. Same order of magnitude, different labs.

Is a Dual 2.0 the same as a Max G4?

No. Dual is two Pro Max modules, about 71.5 x 8.7 inches, 420 lamps, $1,759 door hook. Max G4 is one 71.65 x 11.81-inch chassis, 576 lamps, $2,246, 8-band with 1060 nm.

Who wins Trustpilot?

Infraredi, on score plus sample. Rouge Care is 4.5 / 5 from 13 reviews at rougecare.ca (thin). Infraredi is 3.9 / 5 from 148 reviews at infraredi.com. Pulled 1 September 2026. On-site 4.8 widgets are not used.

Do either of these panels include a stand?

Rouge G4: no. Floor stands start at $105. Infraredi: door hook is the default Mini through Dual Plus variant. Elite, Elite Plus, and Studio default to a vertical stand. Horizontal lie-down is a paid Dual / Elite variant.

Is there a TOP10 code for Rouge or Infraredi?

No. TOP10 is 6 percent off current RLT Home prices only. No Rouge coupon and no Infraredi coupon is invented here. Live sale names are Labor Day 25 percent off at Rouge and Summer Sale 20 percent off at Infraredi, already in the stickers above.

Are these devices FDA-cleared?

No. Home panels are FDA-registered at most, not cleared. Rouge uses general-wellness language and Health Canada registration. Infraredi uses “Medical-Grade Quality” marketing and TGA listing in Australia. Neither fact is US clearance.

What if I want seven published bands including 480 nm and 1064 nm?

That is a third architecture, not a silent winner of this pair. Read Rouge vs RLT Home and Infraredi vs RLT Home for that comparison. The 16-brand ranking remains the multi-catalog table.

Prices, Trustpilot scores, and catalog facts pulled 1 September 2026 from rouge.care/products.json, infraredi.com/products.json, trustpilot.com/review/rougecare.ca, and trustpilot.com/review/infraredi.com.
