Vellgus vs RLT Home (2026)
Medical review: Articles on Red Light Therapy Top 10 are reviewed for scientific accuracy by our medical expert team. This page is wellness information, not a diagnosis or a treatment plan. Red light sessions may help recovery-oriented and general wellness routines. They are not presented here as a treatment for disease.
Vellgus (vellgus.com, USA and Canada distribution, founded around 2019) sells a modular Black Series of hang panels: Vellgus Mini, Vellgus Elite V2, Vellgus Pro, and Vellgus Max 300, plus extra SKUs such as Vellgus Elite, Vellgus Pro V2, Reviv Pro, and an infrared sauna blanket. The hang line is Multiwave+ 5W arrays, Pulsing+ and Dimming+ on the larger panels, door-hook shipping, and HSA Eligible header marketing. RLT Home builds RLT Home Total Spectrum MINI, COMPACT, MAX, ULTRA, and ELITE as a seven-band mix (480, 630, 660, 810, 830, 850, 1064 nm) with published LED share, six-inch spectrometer peaks, nine science-built modes, and a free personalised weekly plan. Vellgus Elite V2 is not RLT Home Total Spectrum ELITE. Vellgus Mini is not RLT Home Total Spectrum MINI. Vellgus Max 300 is not RLT Home Total Spectrum MAX. Prefixes stay on every RLT Home name on this page.
Winner summary
Overall winner: RLT Home
Vellgus prices come from live WooCommerce product pages and shop-lights on 1 September 2026. The 13 August 2026 pack figures (Mini $339, Elite V2 $549, Pro $1,119) were not a dead catalog: Mini is still $339, Elite V2 is still $549 on sale from $649, and $1,119 is the live Vellgus Pro Flex Mobile Stand price, not the door-hook floor. RLT Home prices come from redlighttherapyhome.com/products.json the same day. Code TOP10 is 6% off current RLT Home live prices only, rounded to the nearest dollar. There is no Vellgus discount code in this article.
At-a-glance verdict: RLT Home is the better fit for most buyers who want published seven-band density, six-inch spectrometer peaks, a personalised plan, and a panel that covers more than a hang patch. Vellgus is the runner-up when the job is a Multiwave+ hang panel, a modular Black Series stack, Pulsing+ and Dimming+, and HSA Eligible checkout marketing.

Trustpilot at write time
Public reviews are a ranking criterion on this page. Scores come from independent Trustpilot listings pulled 1 September 2026. Manufacturer on-site star widgets are a different dataset and are not mixed in. Vellgus Elite V2 shows 135 on-site reviews on its product page. That number is not used for the winner row. Amazon stars are not Trustpilot.
Vellgus
No listing
Thin is the honest word. A missing independent listing is not a smear, and it is not a score. On-site stars stay off this row.
RLT Home
4.6 / 5
RLT Home does not automatically win user reviews. On this pairing it wins because it has a public score and a 243-review sample, and Vellgus has no Trustpilot listing to put next to it. Score plus sample size, not vibes.

Wavelength density, not wavelength count
Vellgus Elite V2 is a catalog 6-band Multiwave+ panel: 480, 630, 660, 810, 830, and 850 nm. That 480 nm blue band is a real SKU fact on the live Elite V2 page. It is not automatically “more spectrum” than a seven-band panel that publishes LED share, and it is not a smear. The brand does not publish how many of the 60 LEDs sit on each peak. Treat the split as unpublished.
Vellgus Pro and Vellgus Max 300 drop the 480 nm band and list five peaks: 630, 660, 810, 830, 850 nm. Vellgus Mini is a two-band 660 / 850 portable. None of those three SKUs list 1064 nm. Allocation stays unpublished on every Vellgus hang panel checked on 1 September 2026.
RLT Home Total Spectrum MINI, COMPACT, MAX, and ELITE publish this LED share: 480 nm 6%, 630 nm 19%, 660 nm 19%, 810 nm 19%, 830 nm 14%, 850 nm 9%, 1064 nm 14%. RLT Home Total Spectrum ULTRA is 480 nm 5%, 630 nm 20%, 660 nm 20%, 810 nm 20%, 830 nm 13%, 850 nm 8%, 1064 nm 14%. Seven bands is not automatically better. Density is. RLT Home still puts a real 19% (20% on RLT Home Total Spectrum ULTRA) on 810 nm, a real 14% on 1064 nm, and a small 480 nm surface band. Vellgus Elite V2 also lists 480 nm. Vellgus hang panels do not list 1064 nm. Counting peaks without share is the wrong fight.
| Band | Vellgus Elite V2 | Vellgus Pro / Max 300 | RLT Home Total Spectrum (MINI / COMPACT / MAX / ELITE share) |
|---|---|---|---|
| 480 nm (blue) | Present. Share unpublished. | Not in the mix | 6% (5% on ULTRA) |
| 630 nm (red) | Present. Share unpublished. | Present. Share unpublished. | 19% (20% on ULTRA) |
| 660 nm (red) | Present. Share unpublished. | Present. Share unpublished. | 19% (20% on ULTRA) |
| 810 nm (near infrared) | Present. Share unpublished. | Present. Share unpublished. | 19% (20% on ULTRA) |
| 830 nm (near infrared) | Present. Share unpublished. | Present. Share unpublished. | 14% (13% on ULTRA) |
| 850 nm (near infrared) | Present. Share unpublished. | Present. Share unpublished. | 9% (8% on ULTRA) |
| 1064 nm (deep infrared) | Not in the mix | Not in the mix | 14% |
Edge: Split by goal. Vellgus wins a 6-band Multiwave+ hang panel that includes 480 nm on Vellgus Elite V2, and a 5-band hang stack on Pro / Max 300. RLT Home wins published seven-band density, including 1064 nm. A 6-band count without share is not a density win.
Power and Irradiance: Measured by Independent Third Parties
Solar power meters over-report LED output. Spectrometers are the accurate reference. Peak compares with peak. Average compares with average. A figure with no distance is not a 6-inch figure. An unnamed-instrument brand claim is not a third-party spectrometer figure.
Row 1. Spectrometer versus spectrometer
Vellgus does not publish a third-party spectrometer reading for Mini, Elite V2, Pro, or Max 300. The live product pages state irradiance as a greater-than number. They do not name the instrument, the lab, a peak, an average, or a distance. Independent spectrometer output for this line is unpublished. This page does not invent a 6-inch Vellgus figure.
RLT Home publishes spectrometer peaks at six inches for every Total Spectrum panel:
| RLT Home device | Spectrometer peak @ 6 inches |
|---|---|
| RLT Home Total Spectrum MINI | 98.7 mW/cm² |
| RLT Home Total Spectrum COMPACT | 99.0 mW/cm² |
| RLT Home Total Spectrum MAX | 100.53 mW/cm² |
| RLT Home Total Spectrum ULTRA | 119.28 mW/cm² |
| RLT Home Total Spectrum ELITE | 121.62 mW/cm² |
There is no Vellgus spectrometer number to pair with those peaks. RLT Home wins the transparency row. That is not a crowned “more power is better” score, because Vellgus does not enter the spectrometer column.
Row 2. Brand-stated >245 / >219 (not mixed with row 1)
Vellgus Mini states irradiance >219 mW/cm². Vellgus Elite V2, Pro, and Max 300 state irradiance >245 mW/cm². Distance is unstated. The instrument is unnamed. Those claims stay in this row. They are not converted into a six-inch spectrometer peak, and they are not stacked against 98.7 mW/cm².
The how-it-works page also shows a graphic that reads 120-190 mW/cm² as “Our Irradiance” next to 100 mW/cm² as “Competitor’s Irradiance.” That graphic is a second brand-stated figure, still unnamed as to method and distance. It is not the same number as the >245 product-page claim. This page reports both. It does not treat the gap as proof that anyone is lying. Unpublished distance and an unnamed instrument are the accurate labels.
RLT Home also lists solar-meter figures at 8 inches (RLT Home Total Spectrum MINI 170, COMPACT 172, MAX 172, ULTRA 174, ELITE 179 mW/cm²). Those solar-meter numbers are not comparable to Vellgus >245 / >219, and they are not comparable to RLT Home’s own spectrometer peaks. They stay off the spectrometer table.
EMF is a third, separate claim. Vellgus states “EMF Emission is 0.00 at 4 inches” on Mini, Elite V2, Pro, and Max 300. Method unnamed. RLT Home lists about 0.0 uT at 6 inches or greater on a Cornet EMF meter. Those two EMF rows are not mixed with irradiance, and they are not mixed with each other.
Edge: No mixed-meter power winner. Vellgus wins the hang-panel catalog claim of >245 / >219 as marketing copy with unpublished distance. RLT Home wins published six-inch spectrometer peaks across the line.
LED chips and beam
Vellgus lists 5W LEDs as a catalog fact: Mini 15 x 5W, Elite V2 60 x 5W, Pro 120 x 5W, Max 300 300 LEDs (the Max 300 live page says “300 pcs” rather than “300 x 5W”). Dual-chip / multi-chip 5W is a catalog fact on the August 2026 brand pack. The live 1 September product pages state Nx5W quantity without a chip-architecture paragraph. This page records 5W as live catalog copy and multi-chip as the stored catalog architecture. It is not a smear.
RLT Home Total Spectrum MINI, COMPACT, MAX, ULTRA, and ELITE use single-chip 5W LEDs (72, 216, 360, 480, and 864 LEDs). Single-chip versus multi-chip is a construction difference. Single-chip puts the diode’s power on one peak. Multi-chip splits power across wavelengths in one package. Surface evenness is the usual multi-chip counter-claim. Neither construction is called fake here.
The live Black Series comparison table on vellgus.com still lists Lens Beam Angle as 30 degrees and 60 degrees. RLT Home’s default is 30 degrees (RLT Home Total Spectrum ULTRA uses 15 / 30 / 60).
Edge: Vellgus for mixed 30 and 60 degree lenses on the live Black Series table, and for a 5W hang array that starts at 15 LEDs. RLT Home for published single-chip 5W counts that scale from 72 to 864, and for a documented 15 / 30 / 60 mix on RLT Home Total Spectrum ULTRA.
Coverage and the size ladder
Vellgus sells a modular hang ladder, not a 64-inch motorized body panel. Connecting more hang panels increases coverage area. It does not raise the irradiance on one spot. Floor stand and flex mobile stand are paid configurations on Pro and Max 300. Vellgus Elite V2 is the exception: the live configuration is Built-In Stand + Door Hook at $549.
Tier table (live 1 September 2026)
| Device | LEDs | H x W | Panel price | Stand | Realistic total | Body coverage |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Vellgus Mini | 15 x 5W | 5.9 x 3.74 in | $339 | None. Handheld / bag format. Dual power battery and USB. | $339 | Spot: joint, small patch |
| Vellgus Elite V2 | 60 x 5W | 10.23 x 7.87 in | $549 (compare-at $649) | Built-in table stand plus door hook in the box | $549 | Brand target: half body. Physically a small hang / table panel. |
| Vellgus Pro | 120 x 5W | 20 x 8.2 in | Door hook $849. Floor stand $949. Flex mobile $1,119. | Door hook in the hang kit. Floor / flex paid. | $849 hang, $949 floor, $1,119 flex | Torso patch. 20 inches is not adult full-height. |
| Vellgus Max 300 | 300 | 36.2 x 11.8 in | Door hook $1,149 (compare-at $1,299). Floor stand $1,349. Flex mobile $1,499. | Door hook, wire rope, lift rope in the box. Floor / flex paid add-ons. | $1,149 hang, $1,349 floor, $1,499 flex | Tall hang panel, still short of a 64-inch lie-under |
| RLT Home Total Spectrum MINI | 72 | 11.8 x 11.4 in | $495 ($465 TOP10) | Non-electric stand in the box | $495 / $465 TOP10 | Face, hands, single joint |
| RLT Home Total Spectrum COMPACT | 216 | 30.3 x 11.8 in | $995 ($935 TOP10) | Non-electric stand in the box | $995 / $935 TOP10 | Back, shoulders, legs |
| RLT Home Total Spectrum MAX | 360 | 49.2 x 11.8 in | $1,595 ($1,499 TOP10) | Non-electric stand in the box | $1,595 / $1,499 TOP10 | Torso-height body |
| RLT Home Total Spectrum ULTRA | 480 | 64.3 x 11.8 in | $2,595 ($2,439 TOP10) | Motorized stand in the box | $2,595 / $2,439 TOP10 | Lie-under full body |
| RLT Home Total Spectrum ELITE | 864 | 65 x 20.5 in | $4,495 ($4,225 TOP10) | Motorized stand in the box | $4,495 / $4,225 TOP10 | Wide full body |
Vellgus Max 300 at 36.2 inches is the tallest hang panel in this pairing. It is not a size match for RLT Home Total Spectrum MAX (49.2 in) or RLT Home Total Spectrum ULTRA (64.3 in). Two Vellgus Max 300 panels would raise coverage, not the dose on one patch, and would add a second panel price plus whatever stand configuration you pick. Vellgus Elite V2 at 10.23 inches is the closest hang neighbour to RLT Home Total Spectrum MINI, not to RLT Home Total Spectrum ELITE.
Edge: Vellgus for a modular hang ladder from a $339 Mini through a 36-inch Max 300, with door-hook shipping. RLT Home for every rung that needs a stand in the box and for 49-inch through 65-inch coverage.
Modes, timer, and plan
Vellgus Elite V2, Pro, and Max 300 list Pulsing+ and Dimming+ on the live product pages, plus a timer, a digital Smart Screen, and a remote. Vellgus Mini lists a 10-minute timer, dual power (battery and USB), a claimed charge of over 2.5 hours, and a cool-down cycle (10 minutes on, then 10 minutes cool-down). Mini is the portable exception. No companion app showed on the live hang pages. That is a privacy plus, same class as RLT Home staying offline.
RLT Home Total Spectrum MINI, COMPACT, MAX, ULTRA, and ELITE include nine prebuilt performance modes (Skin and Anti-Aging, Pain and Inflammation, Sleep, Fat Burn and Weight Loss, Mental Health and Brain, Hair Growth, Acne, Wound Healing, Full Power), a custom four-channel mode (red, blue, near infrared, and 1064 nm), pulsing from 0 to 5,000 Hz, a touch interface, and a remote (voice control on RLT Home Total Spectrum ULTRA). A free personalised weekly usage plan is in the catalog. Devices stay offline. No app.
Edge: Vellgus for Pulsing+ and Dimming+ on the hang panels, and for Mini dual-power battery/USB. RLT Home for nine science-built modes, a custom channel mix, 0 to 5,000 Hz pulsing, and a written weekly plan.
What is in the box
Vellgus Elite V2 live What’s Included (1 September 2026): panel, integrated table stand, door hook, wire rope, lift rope, 1.5 m cable, goggles, user manual, remote. Vellgus Pro: panel, lift rope, cable, goggles, door hook, remote, wire rope, manual. Floor stand and flex mobile stand are configuration add-ons, not the default hang kit. Vellgus Max 300: panel, cable, manual, door hook, wire rope, lift rope, goggles, remote. The live Max 300 copy says “Stand / Flex Stand as extra add on.” Vellgus Mini: panel, black cloth bag, Type-C USB cable, user manual. Mini does not list goggles in that block.
RLT Home Total Spectrum MINI, COMPACT, and MAX include the panel, a non-electric stand, remote, protective reading glasses, blackout goggles, door hanging kit, manual, and power cable. RLT Home Total Spectrum ULTRA and ELITE include a motorized stand (ELITE also ships a remote). Two types of eyewear, not one pair of goggles.
Edge: Vellgus Elite V2 for a table stand already in the $549 box. Vellgus Mini for a travel bag and USB cable. RLT Home for a stand in every size, a door kit on RLT Home Total Spectrum MINI through MAX, and two types of eyewear.
Trial, shipping, and warranty
Vellgus return policy (live 1 September 2026): contact info@vellgus.com within 30 days. Do not ship a return without that contact. Items must come back like-new in original packaging. Return shipping is at the customer. Any returned shipment incurs a 20% restocking fee on the original purchase price, and shipping fees are non-refundable. A note on the same page applies that 20% restocking fee to all orders placed on or after 20 February 2023 that are cancelled or returned. Sale items and stands are final and not eligible for elective returns. Free USA and Canada shipping is still advertised on product pages.
Warranty on live hang-panel pages is 3 years for Vellgus Elite V2, Pro, and Max 300. Vellgus Mini’s live page lists 1 year. The homepage says “Warranty coverage up to 3 years.” This page reports the Mini 1-year line as written rather than rounding Mini up to 3 years.
RLT Home is 60 days, no restocking fee, and free insured return shipping. Warranty is 3 years on RLT Home Total Spectrum MINI through ELITE. Shipping is listed as free and insured on the brand’s shared terms.
Thirty days versus sixty days, and 20% restocking versus none, is a real comparison row. It is not a smear. Buyers who accept a 30-day window and a restocking fee on a hang panel are the Vellgus trial niche. Buyers who want prepaid return labels and no restocking are the RLT Home niche.
Edge: RLT Home on trial length, restocking, and return shipping. Vellgus on free USA/Canada outbound shipping and a lower Mini sticker if you are fine with 30 days and 20% restocking.
FDA wording
Live Vellgus product pages (Mini, Elite V2, Pro, Max 300, 1 September 2026) say “FDA Registered Class II Medical Device” and “Manufactured in our FDA registered facility, Vellgus Red Light devices are FDA listed Class II devices.” That is a registration / device listing. It is not FDA 510(k) clearance. An openFDA 510(k) search for Vellgus returned empty (HTTP 404 on the query used at write time). This page does not invent a K-number.
The how-it-works page still uses a heading that reads “FDA Cleared Technology.” That heading is misleading. Registration is not clearance. The older marketing line “cleared for home use” was not found on the homepage or the four hang-panel product pages pulled on 1 September 2026. The live leftover is the “FDA Cleared Technology” heading, and it is still the wrong legal class.
RLT Home home panels are FDA-registered, not cleared. Same listing class. Registration is a listing. It is not a clinical approval to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. “Class II” on a hang-panel marketing block does not make the panel a cleared medical device.
Edge: Even on the legal class (both registered, neither cleared). Vellgus’s “FDA Cleared Technology” heading is the wording problem on this pairing. Do not read either badge as a medical-device clearance.
Live prices, 1 September 2026
Vellgus, from live WooCommerce variations and shop-lights, 1 September 2026. No Vellgus coupon is published here. Header still shows HSA Eligible.
- Vellgus Mini $339. Shop-lights marked it sold out; the product page offers pre-order.
- Vellgus Elite V2 $549 (compare-at $649). Configuration: Built-In Stand + Door Hook. 7 units listed in stock on the product page.
- Vellgus Pro: door hook $849, floor stand $949, flex mobile stand $1,119. Shop-lights marked Pro sold out; the product page still listed the three configurations.
- Vellgus Max 300: door hook $1,149 (compare-at $1,299), floor stand $1,349, flex mobile stand $1,499. 4 units listed in stock.
The 13 August pack’s Pro $1,119 figure matches today’s flex-mobile price, not the $849 door-hook floor. Elite V2 $549 and Mini $339 are still the live stickers.
RLT Home, from redlighttherapyhome.com/products.json, same day. TOP10 is 6% off these live prices, nearest dollar:
- RLT Home Total Spectrum MINI $495 (compare-at $695), TOP10 $465. Non-electric stand included.
- RLT Home Total Spectrum COMPACT $995 (compare-at $1,295), TOP10 $935. Non-electric stand included.
- RLT Home Total Spectrum MAX $1,595 (compare-at $1,995), TOP10 $1,499. Non-electric stand included.
- RLT Home Total Spectrum ULTRA $2,595 (compare-at $2,995), TOP10 $2,439. Motorized stand included.
- RLT Home Total Spectrum ELITE $4,495 (compare-at $4,995), TOP10 $4,225. Motorized stand included.
On the small-panel rung, Vellgus Mini at $339 undercuts RLT Home Total Spectrum MINI at $495 ($465 with TOP10). They are not the same recipe. Mini is 2-band 15 x 5W, battery/USB, 1-year warranty, no goggles in the live box list. RLT Home Total Spectrum MINI is 7-band 72 x 5W with a 98.7 mW/cm² spectrometer peak and a stand in the box. Vellgus Elite V2 at $549 is the closer hang neighbour to RLT Home Total Spectrum MINI on size, and it still is not RLT Home Total Spectrum ELITE. Above 36 inches, Vellgus has no panel SKU to quote against RLT Home Total Spectrum MAX, ULTRA, or ELITE.
Who Vellgus is for
Runner-up niche
Multiwave+ hang panels, modular Black Series, HSA marketing
- Want a hang-style Black Series stack (Mini, Elite V2, Pro, Max 300) rather than a 49-inch or 65-inch body panel
- Want Vellgus Elite V2’s 6-band Multiwave+ mix including 480 nm, with Pulsing+ and Dimming+, at $549 with a table stand in the box
- Want a $339 portable Mini with battery and USB, or a door-hook Pro / Max 300 you can add a floor or flex stand to later
- Want HSA Eligible header marketing, free USA/Canada shipping, goggles in the hang-panel box, and you accept a 30-day trial with 20% restocking after February 2023
- Are fine that irradiance is a >245 / >219 brand claim with unpublished distance, and that independent Trustpilot is missing
This is Vellgus Red Light (vellgus.com), the USA/Canada hang-panel brand. Vellgus Elite V2 is not RLT Home Total Spectrum ELITE. Vellgus Mini is not RLT Home Total Spectrum MINI. Vellgus Max 300 is not RLT Home Total Spectrum MAX.
Who RLT Home is for
Best fit for most buyers
Seven-band density, published six-inch data, and a size ladder
- Want 480 nm, 630 nm, 810 nm, 830 nm, and 1064 nm in the mix, with published LED share, not only a hang-panel band list
- Want six-inch spectrometer peaks on every RLT Home Total Spectrum panel, and you refuse to mix solar-meter or unnamed-instrument claims into that column
- Want a stand in the box, two types of eyewear, nine modes plus a custom channel mix, and a free weekly plan
- Want a three-year warranty and free insured returns on a 60-day trial with no restocking fee
- Want an in-stock path from RLT Home Total Spectrum MINI ($495, $465 TOP10) through RLT Home Total Spectrum COMPACT, MAX, ULTRA, and ELITE
The verdict: winner and runner up
RLT Home takes the overall win for most buyers. Vellgus earns a credible runner-up spot where its catalog fits: Multiwave+ 5-6 band hang panels, a modular Black Series, Pulsing+ and Dimming+, and HSA Eligible marketing. That is not a dual trophy. It is one winner and one named niche.
🏆 Winner
RLT Home, for most buyers
For buyers who want a published seven-band mix (including 480 nm, 810 nm, and 1064 nm), spectrometer peaks at six inches across RLT Home Total Spectrum MINI, COMPACT, MAX, ULTRA, and ELITE, nine science-built modes, a free personalised weekly plan, free insured returns, a three-year warranty, and in-stock panels with stands, RLT Home is the stronger overall choice.
TOP10 drops RLT Home Total Spectrum MINI to $465, RLT Home Total Spectrum COMPACT to $935, RLT Home Total Spectrum MAX to $1,499, RLT Home Total Spectrum ULTRA to $2,439, and RLT Home Total Spectrum ELITE to $4,225. The 49-inch through 65-inch rungs are the ones Vellgus is not stocking as a single hang panel on 1 September 2026.
🥈 Runner up
Vellgus, for Multiwave+ hang panels and the Black Series
For buyers who want a modular hang stack, Vellgus Elite V2’s 6-band Multiwave+ mix including 480 nm at $549 with a table stand, a $339 battery Mini, or a door-hook Max 300 they can stand later, Vellgus is the better fit. The 30-day trial, 20% restocking after February 2023, unpublished irradiance distance, and missing Trustpilot listing are part of that niche, not a smear. On-site stars are not a Trustpilot score. Those gaps stay named.
Both are FDA-registered, not cleared. The right choice is which job you are buying for, and whether you need a body-height panel with a stand in the box.
Frequently asked questions
Who has better user reviews, Vellgus or RLT Home?
On independent Trustpilot listings checked 1 September 2026, RLT Home is 4.6 / 5 from 243 reviews. No Trustpilot listing for vellgus.com was found. Vellgus on-site shop stars (for example 135 reviews on Vellgus Elite V2) are a different dataset and are not mixed in. Amazon stars are not Trustpilot. Score plus sample size, not vibes: the reviews row goes to RLT Home because Vellgus has no public Trustpilot sample to compare.
Is Vellgus more powerful because it claims >245 mW/cm²?
Do not mix meters. Vellgus states >245 mW/cm² on Elite V2, Pro, and Max 300, and >219 mW/cm² on Mini, with distance unstated and the instrument unnamed. RLT Home publishes six-inch spectrometer peaks from 98.7 to 121.62 mW/cm². Those columns are not comparable. This page does not invent a 6-inch Vellgus number and does not treat unpublished distance as proof of dishonesty. Independent spectrometer output for the Vellgus hang line is unpublished.
Is Vellgus Elite V2 the same as RLT Home Total Spectrum ELITE?
No. Vellgus Elite V2 is a 10.23 x 7.87 inch, 60 LED, 6-band hang panel at $549. RLT Home Total Spectrum ELITE is a 65 x 20.5 inch, 864 LED, seven-band body panel with a motorized stand at $4,495 ($4,225 with TOP10). The names collide. The products do not. Vellgus Mini is not RLT Home Total Spectrum MINI. Vellgus Max 300 is not RLT Home Total Spectrum MAX.
Can I use Vellgus Max 300 instead of RLT Home Total Spectrum MAX?
They are not size clones. Vellgus Max 300 is 36.2 x 11.8 inches and 300 LEDs, door hook from $1,149, flex stand $1,499. RLT Home Total Spectrum MAX is 49.2 x 11.8 inches and 360 LEDs, with a non-electric stand in the box, at $1,595 ($1,499 with TOP10). Max 300 is a tall hang panel. It is not a 49-inch body panel.
Is TOP10 a Vellgus coupon?
No. TOP10 is 6% off current RLT Home live prices only, rounded to the nearest dollar. This article does not invent a Vellgus discount code. Vellgus prices are the live manufacturer prices on vellgus.com.
Are these panels FDA cleared?
No. Vellgus product pages say FDA registered / listed Class II. The how-it-works heading “FDA Cleared Technology” is misleading. Registration is not clearance. An openFDA 510(k) search for Vellgus was empty at write time. RLT Home home panels are FDA-registered. This page does not invent a K-number for either brand.
Does Vellgus include a stand?
Vellgus Elite V2 live configuration includes a built-in table stand plus a door hook. Vellgus Pro and Max 300 ship with a door hook, wire rope, and lift rope. Floor stand and flex mobile stand are paid configurations (Pro $949 / $1,119, Max 300 $1,349 / $1,499). Vellgus Mini has no stand. RLT Home Total Spectrum MINI, COMPACT, and MAX include a non-electric stand. RLT Home Total Spectrum ULTRA and ELITE include a motorized stand.

Conclusion
Vellgus and RLT Home are solving different jobs. Vellgus wins a Multiwave+ hang stack, a 6-band Elite V2 including 480 nm at $549 with a table stand, a $339 battery Mini, modular Black Series door-hook configs, Pulsing+ and Dimming+, and HSA Eligible header marketing. RLT Home wins seven-band density including published 810 nm and 1064 nm share, six-inch spectrometer peaks, nine modes plus a personalised plan, in-stock 30-inch through 65-inch panels with stands, a three-year warranty, and free insured returns. With TOP10, RLT Home Total Spectrum MINI is $465, RLT Home Total Spectrum COMPACT $935, RLT Home Total Spectrum MAX $1,499, RLT Home Total Spectrum ULTRA $2,439, and RLT Home Total Spectrum ELITE $4,225. The data favors RLT Home for most buyers, with Vellgus the runner-up for the Multiwave+ hang-panel, modular Black Series, HSA-marketing niche. A 10-inch Vellgus Elite V2 still does not cover a body like RLT Home Total Spectrum MAX, and it is not RLT Home Total Spectrum ELITE.
