LifePro vs RLT Home (2026)
Medical review: Articles on Red Light Therapy Top 10 are reviewed for scientific accuracy by our medical expert team. This page is wellness information, not a diagnosis or a treatment plan. Red light sessions may help recovery-oriented and general wellness routines. They are not presented here as a treatment for disease.
LifePro (lifeprofitness.com, USA) is a mainstream fitness brand that sells vibration plates, massage guns, belts, wraps, masks, and two red light panels: BioHeal and BioHeal Plus. Those panels are compact 660/850 units aimed at Amazon, Walmart, and Target shoppers, with a tilt arm, a hanging kit, eye protection, and a lifetime-warranty claim in the box. RLT Home builds RLT Home Total Spectrum MINI, COMPACT, MAX, ULTRA, and ELITE as a seven-band mix (480, 630, 660, 810, 830, 850, 1064 nm) with published LED share, six-inch spectrometer peaks, nine science-built modes, and a free personalised weekly plan. This page is about those panels. LifePro’s belts, saunas, and face masks exist in the live catalog. They are not size clones of Total Spectrum panels. LifePro the fitness brand is not any other product that happens to use the name BioHeal.
Winner summary
Overall winner: RLT Home
LifePro panel prices come from lifeprofitness.com/products.json on 1 September 2026. BioHeal is $179.99 (compare-at $259.99). BioHeal Plus is $329.99 (compare-at $474.99). Those match the 13 August 2026 pack figures, so the pack was not stale. RLT Home prices come from redlighttherapyhome.com/products.json the same day. Code TOP10 is 6% off current RLT Home live prices only, rounded to the nearest dollar. There is no LifePro discount code in this article.
At-a-glance verdict: RLT Home is the better fit for most buyers who want a published seven-band mix, six-inch spectrometer peaks, a personalised plan, and a panel that covers more than a tabletop patch. LifePro is the runner-up when the job is a mainstream budget 660/850 compact, a tilt stand and hanging kit in the box, a lifetime-warranty claim, and a sticker you can also find at Amazon, Walmart, or Target.
At a Glance: LifePro vs RLT Home (2026)
| Criterion | LifePro | RLT Home |
|---|---|---|
| Devices in this pairing | BioHeal Red Light Panel and BioHeal Plus Red Light Panel. The live catalog also has belts, wraps, masks, torches, a sauna, and vibration plates with red LEDs. Those SKUs are not panel clones of Total Spectrum. | RLT Home Total Spectrum MINI, COMPACT, MAX, ULTRA, ELITE |
| Wavelengths | 2 bands: 660 nm red and 850 nm near infrared, about 50/50. That is a real density choice (all energy in two peaks), not a smear. | 7 bands: 480 / 630 / 660 / 810 / 830 / 850 / 1064 nm, with published LED share on every RLT Home Total Spectrum panel |
| Independent spectrometer @ 6 in | Unpublished. No named instrument and no third-party spectrometer report on the live panel pages. | Spectrometer peaks at 6 inches: MINI 98.7, COMPACT 99.0, MAX 100.53, ULTRA 119.28, ELITE 121.62 mW/cm² |
| Brand-stated irradiance (separate row) | BioHeal: >0.082 W/cm² and >0.53 W/in² at 6 in (same claim in two units), plus >1.419 W/in² at the LED surface. BioHeal Plus: >0.839 W/in² at 6 in and >1.413 W/in² at the surface. Method not named. Do not convert those into a spectrometer win or loss. | Do not mix RLT Home solar-meter 8-inch figures (170-179 mW/cm²) with LifePro’s unnamed-method claims. Solar-meter and unnamed-instrument numbers are not comparable to spectrometer peaks. |
| Size | BioHeal 10.2 x 8.8 x 3.4 in, 5.5 lb. BioHeal Plus listing 20.3 x 8.2 x 3.9 in (unit-spec in the Plus manual: 20.50 x 8.20 x 2.55 in, 8.37 lb). Compact and mid-compact, not half-body panels. | MINI 11.8 x 11.4 in through ELITE 65 x 20.5 in. MINI, COMPACT, and MAX include a non-electric stand. ULTRA and ELITE include a motorized stand. |
| Trial | 30-day returns. Product pages say risk-free. The live return-policy page says new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Customer pays return shipping unless LifePro shipped the wrong or defective item. No percentage restocking fee is named. | 60 days, no restocking, free insured return shipping |
| Warranty | Lifetime claim. Live warranty page: repair or replace for defects in material or workmanship, with listed exclusions and dated proof from an authorized retailer. BioHeal manuals also ask for registration within 14 days. Not a 3-year equivalent. | 3 years |
| Live US price, compact panel | BioHeal $179.99 (compare-at $259.99). BioHeal Plus $329.99 (compare-at $474.99). Free US shipping claimed on product pages (2-4 days) and on the homepage (most deliveries 3-5 business days). | RLT Home Total Spectrum MINI $495 (compare-at $695); $465 with TOP10. Non-electric stand in the box. |
| User reviews (Trustpilot, 1 Sep 2026) | 4.7 / 5 from 539 reviews (trustpilot.com/review/lifeprofitness.com). UK listing showed 4.7 from 584. Whole-store listing, not BioHeal-only. Amazon stars are not used here. | 4.6 / 5 from 243 reviews (trustpilot.com/review/redlighttherapyhome.com and the matching UK listing) |
Trustpilot at write time
Public reviews are a ranking criterion on this page. Scores come from independent Trustpilot listings checked 1 September 2026. Manufacturer on-site star widgets and Amazon or Walmart ratings are a different dataset and are not mixed in. Direct HTML fetches of Trustpilot were bot-walled. The scores below are the public listing titles on www and UK Trustpilot for each domain.
LifePro
4.7 / 5
This is a whole-store Trustpilot page for a fitness catalog (vibration plates, massage guns, belts, panels). It is not a BioHeal-only score. It is still the independent listing for lifeprofitness.com. Amazon stars stay off this row.
RLT Home
4.6 / 5
RLT Home does not automatically win user reviews. On this pairing LifePro wins the row because 4.7 from 539 (or 584 on UK) beats 4.6 from 243 on both score and sample size. Score plus sample size, not vibes.

Wavelength density, not wavelength count
LifePro puts both panels on two peaks: 660 nm and 850 nm. BioHeal uses 120 dual-chip LEDs (the brand FAQ calls them double-chip). BioHeal Plus lists 60 LEDs at 660 nm and 60 at 850 nm. That is a 50/50 mix. Buyers who want only those two classic bands, with no 480 nm blue and no 1064 nm deep infrared, get a simpler recipe. Calling two bands “not enough wavelengths” is the wrong fight. Density is the fight.
RLT Home Total Spectrum MINI, COMPACT, MAX, and ELITE publish this LED share: 480 nm 6%, 630 nm 19%, 660 nm 19%, 810 nm 19%, 830 nm 14%, 850 nm 9%, 1064 nm 14%. RLT Home Total Spectrum ULTRA is 480 nm 5%, 630 nm 20%, 660 nm 20%, 810 nm 20%, 830 nm 13%, 850 nm 8%, 1064 nm 14%. Seven bands is not automatically better. Density is. RLT Home still puts a real 19% (20% on ULTRA) on 810 nm, a real 14% on 1064 nm, and a small 480 nm surface band. LifePro has none of those three. LifePro instead concentrates the array on 660 and 850. That is a real mix, not a smear.
| Band | LifePro BioHeal / BioHeal Plus | RLT Home Total Spectrum (MINI / COMPACT / MAX / ELITE share) |
|---|---|---|
| 480 nm (blue) | Not in the mix | 6% (5% on ULTRA) |
| 630 nm (red) | Not in the mix | 19% (20% on ULTRA) |
| 660 nm (red) | Present. About 50/50 with 850 nm. | 19% (20% on ULTRA) |
| 810 nm (near infrared) | Not in the mix | 19% (20% on ULTRA) |
| 830 nm (near infrared) | Not in the mix | 14% (13% on ULTRA) |
| 850 nm (near infrared) | Present. About 50/50 with 660 nm. | 9% (8% on ULTRA) |
| 1064 nm (deep infrared) | Not in the mix | 14% |
Edge: Split by goal. LifePro wins for a two-band 660/850 compact. RLT Home wins for published seven-band density, including 810 nm and 1064 nm. Counting peaks without share is the wrong fight.
Power and Irradiance: Measured by Independent Third Parties
Solar power meters over-report LED output. Spectrometers are the accurate reference. Peak compares with peak. Average compares with average. A 12-inch figure is not a 6-inch figure. An unnamed-instrument brand claim is not a third-party spectrometer figure. Brand-stated >82 mW/cm² or 0.839 W/in² at 6 inches with an unnamed method is not comparable to third-party spectrometer figures.
Row 1. Spectrometer versus spectrometer
LifePro does not publish a third-party spectrometer reading for BioHeal or BioHeal Plus. The live product pages and the user manuals quote irradiance in W/cm² and W/in². They do not name the instrument, the lab, a peak, or an average from a spectrometer. Independent spectrometer output for these panels is unpublished.
RLT Home publishes spectrometer peaks at six inches for every Total Spectrum panel:
| RLT Home device | Spectrometer peak @ 6 inches |
|---|---|
| RLT Home Total Spectrum MINI | 98.7 mW/cm² |
| RLT Home Total Spectrum COMPACT | 99.0 mW/cm² |
| RLT Home Total Spectrum MAX | 100.53 mW/cm² |
| RLT Home Total Spectrum ULTRA | 119.28 mW/cm² |
| RLT Home Total Spectrum ELITE | 121.62 mW/cm² |
There is no LifePro spectrometer number to pair with those peaks. RLT Home wins the transparency row. That is not a crowned “more power is better” score, because LifePro does not enter the spectrometer column.
Row 2. Brand-stated irradiance (not mixed with row 1)
BioHeal marketing and the live product index quote more than 0.082 W/cm² at 6 inches and more than 0.53 W/in² at 6 inches, plus more than 1.419 W/in² at the LED surface, with 82 W total power. Those two 6-inch unit systems describe the same order of magnitude (0.53 W/in² is in the same ballpark as 0.082 W/cm²). The instrument is not named. Quote both. Do not convert them into a spectrometer win or loss.
BioHeal Plus manuals and reseller listings quote more than 0.839 W/in² at 6 inches and more than 1.413 W/in² at the surface. Some third-party writeups restated 0.839 W/in² as about 130 mW/cm². This page will not run that conversion as a comparison against RLT Home’s 98.7 to 121.62 mW/cm² spectrometer peaks. Different methods. Different columns.
RLT Home also lists solar-meter figures at 8 inches (MINI 170, COMPACT 172, MAX 172, ULTRA 174, ELITE 179 mW/cm²). Those solar-meter numbers are not comparable to LifePro’s unnamed-instrument claims, and they are not comparable to RLT Home’s own spectrometer peaks. They stay off the spectrometer table.
Edge: No mixed-meter power winner. LifePro wins a published brand-stated 6-inch figure in two unit systems for buyers who want that catalog number. RLT Home wins published six-inch spectrometer peaks across the line.
LED chips and beam
BioHeal is dual-chip. That is a catalog fact, not a smear. The brand FAQ lists 120 double-chip LEDs (60 dual-chip sets in the live “what’s included” copy). Dual-chip puts two peaks on one package, which can spread energy more evenly across a small face. Single-chip sends each diode’s power into one peak. RLT Home Total Spectrum MINI, COMPACT, MAX, ULTRA, and ELITE use single-chip 5W LEDs (72, 216, 360, 480, and 864 LEDs). Dual-chip versus single-chip is a design choice. It is not a defect.
BioHeal Plus lists 60 x 660 nm plus 60 x 850 nm. The Plus manual lists mixed 3W / 5W chip power (172 W at 3W, 280 W at 5W). Dual-chip is not named the same way on Plus as it is on BioHeal. Treat Plus chip construction beyond “60 red + 60 NIR” as unpublished if you need a diode-package diagram.
LifePro does not publish a beam angle for either panel. RLT Home’s default is 30 degrees (RLT Home Total Spectrum ULTRA uses 15 / 30 / 60). Treat LifePro beam angle as unpublished.
Edge: Dual-chip on BioHeal is a fact. RLT Home wins published beam angle and a 5W single-chip count that scales with panel size. LifePro wins a 120 dual-chip compact that you can tilt on a table without buying a floor stand.
Coverage and the size ladder
LifePro sells two panels. BioHeal is about 10 x 9 inches. BioHeal Plus is about 20 inches tall. Neither is a half-body panel. Do not pretend a 10-inch compact covers a torso the way RLT Home Total Spectrum MAX (49.2 inches) does. The live LifePro catalog on 1 September 2026 also includes AllevaRed belts, AllevaBody wraps and a mat, RevitaGlow masks, LumiCure torches, BioRecover knee braces, and a RejuvaCure sauna. Those are wearables, a mat, and a cabin. They are not a second panel size ladder.
Tier table (live 1 September 2026)
| Device | LEDs | H x W | Panel price | Stand | Realistic total | Body coverage |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| LifePro BioHeal | 120 dual-chip | 10.2 x 8.8 in | $179.99 | Tilt arm in the box, plus door hook, cables, and pulley | $179.99 (free US shipping claimed) | Face, joint, or small patch. Not half-body. |
| LifePro BioHeal Plus | 60 + 60 | ~20.3 x 8.2 in (manual unit-spec 20.50 x 8.20 x 2.55 in) | $329.99 | Door hook, hanging cables, pulley. Tilt hardware as listed in the Plus box. | $329.99 (free US shipping claimed) | Torso patch or short vertical hang. Not a 30-inch panel. |
| RLT Home Total Spectrum MINI | 72 | 11.8 x 11.4 in | $495 ($465 TOP10) | Non-electric stand in the box | $495 / $465 TOP10 | Face, hands, single joint |
| RLT Home Total Spectrum COMPACT | 216 | 30.3 x 11.8 in | $995 ($935 TOP10) | Non-electric stand in the box | $995 / $935 TOP10 | Back, shoulders, legs |
| RLT Home Total Spectrum MAX | 360 | 49.2 x 11.8 in | $1,595 ($1,499 TOP10) | Non-electric stand in the box | $1,595 / $1,499 TOP10 | Torso-height body |
| RLT Home Total Spectrum ULTRA | 480 | 64.3 x 11.8 in | $2,595 ($2,439 TOP10) | Motorized stand in the box | $2,595 / $2,439 TOP10 | Lie-under full body |
| RLT Home Total Spectrum ELITE | 864 | 65 x 20.5 in | $4,495 ($4,225 TOP10) | Motorized stand in the box | $4,495 / $4,225 TOP10 | Wide full body |
LifePro has no 30-inch, 49-inch, or 64-inch panel. BioHeal Plus at about 20 inches is still shorter than RLT Home Total Spectrum COMPACT at 30.3 inches. RLT Home Total Spectrum MINI is the only close size neighbour to BioHeal. MINI is still a seven-band 5W panel with a stand in the box. BioHeal is the cheaper compact if that format is the job.
Edge: LifePro for a 5.5 lb tabletop or door-hang patch. RLT Home for every rung above about 20 inches, including COMPACT, MAX, ULTRA, and ELITE.
Modes, timer, and plan
BioHeal and BioHeal Plus use three treatment modes: red only, NIR only, and red plus NIR, plus an optional 10 Hz pulsed-light setting. The timer is 1 to 30 minutes, with a 10-minute default on the manuals. There is no companion app. Controls sit on the panel. That is a simple, offline compact.
RLT Home Total Spectrum MINI, COMPACT, MAX, ULTRA, and ELITE include nine prebuilt performance modes, a custom four-channel mode (red, blue, near infrared, and 1064 nm), pulsing from 0 to 5,000 Hz, a touch interface, and a remote (voice control on ULTRA). A free personalised weekly usage plan is in the catalog. Devices stay offline. No app.
Edge: LifePro for three simple modes, optional 10 Hz pulse, and a 1-30 minute timer with no app. RLT Home for nine science-built modes, a custom channel mix, a wider pulse range, and a written weekly plan.
What is in the box
BioHeal live “what’s included” (indexed 1 September 2026 from the product page): the panel with tilt arm and control panel, 9 ft power cable, door hook, two hanging cables, hanging pulley system, two protective eyeglasses, and a user manual. That is a real out-of-box kit at $179.99: tilt, hang, and eyewear without a separate stand SKU.
BioHeal Plus manuals list hanging screws, door hook, hanging cables, hanging pulley, 9 ft power cable, protective eyeglasses, and a user manual. Register at biohealplus.lifeprofitness.com within 14 days to activate the lifetime warranty, per that manual.
RLT Home Total Spectrum MINI, COMPACT, and MAX include the panel, a non-electric stand, remote, protective reading glasses, blackout goggles, door hanging kit, manual, and power cable. RLT Home Total Spectrum ULTRA and ELITE include a motorized stand (ELITE also ships a remote). Two types of eyewear, not one pair.
Edge: LifePro for a tilt arm plus hanging kit plus two eyeglasses at $179.99. RLT Home for a floor stand in every size, a door kit on MINI through MAX, and two types of eyewear.
Trial, shipping, and warranty
LifePro product pages advertise risk-free 30-day returns, a lifetime warranty, and fast free shipping in 2-4 days. The homepage banner says free shipping plus 30-day returns, and the homepage FAQ block says most deliveries arrive within 3-5 business days. The dedicated return-policy page (lifeprofitness.com/pages/return-policy, live 1 September 2026) is more specific: you may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is LifePro’s error (wrong or defective item), LifePro covers return shipping. For other returns, the customer pays return shipping. LifePro can issue a prepaid label and deduct that cost from the refund. A percentage restocking fee is not named. Help-center copy also describes opened items returned within 30 days with customer-paid return shipping. Report the live policy, not a flattened “free 30-day trial.”
The lifetime warranty is a real LifePro claim. It is not a 3-year equivalent, and this page will not flatten it. The live warranty page (lifeprofitness.com/pages/lifetime-warranty) says that if the product fails due to a defect in material or workmanship, Lifepro, LLC will repair or replace the product, or necessary components, free of charge. Exclusions listed on that page: (a) accident, abuse, mishandling, or transport; (b) unauthorized repair; (c) use outside LifePro care instructions; (d) damage exceeding the cost of the product; (e) deterioration from abnormal storage; (f) failure to provide dated proof of purchase from an authorized retailer (the page currently names Amazon via Lifepro Outlet and lifeprofitness.com). BioHeal and BioHeal Plus user manuals also ask buyers to register within 14 days at bioheal.lifeprofitness.com or biohealplus.lifeprofitness.com to activate the warranty, and they describe replacement parts first, then a free replacement if the unit cannot be repaired. A commercial-use exclusion is not stated on the warranty page. Do not invent one.
RLT Home is 60 days, no restocking fee, and free insured return shipping. Warranty is 3 years. Shipping is listed as free and insured on the brand’s shared terms.
Thirty days versus sixty days is a real comparison row. Lifetime versus three years is also real, once the registration, authorized-retailer, and exclusion list stay attached to the LifePro claim. Buyers who want a lifetime repair-or-replace promise on a $180 compact, and who will register and keep proof of purchase, are the LifePro niche. Buyers who want a prepaid 60-day trial label are the RLT Home niche.
Edge: LifePro on the lifetime claim and the sub-$200 sticker. RLT Home on trial length and prepaid return shipping. Do not score “lifetime” as if it were a silent 3-year policy.
FDA wording
LifePro BioHeal marketing lists “CE, RoHS, and FDA Certified.” The BioHeal Plus manual lists certifications as CE, FDA, and RoHS. “FDA certified” is not a clearance category. This page does not invent a 510(k) K-number. No live 510(k) listing for these home panels was found at write time. The brand pack and the competitor database both mark FDA status as not stated as cleared. That is the honest line.
RLT Home home panels are FDA-registered, not cleared. Registration is a listing. It is not a clinical approval to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Neither brand is presented here as holding FDA clearance for a home panel.
Edge: Even on the legal class that matters (neither cleared). LifePro’s “FDA Certified” badge is marketing language, not a 510(k). RLT Home’s wording is registered, not cleared.
Live prices, 1 September 2026
LifePro, from lifeprofitness.com/products.json the same day. The 13 August 2026 pack prices were still live:

- BioHeal Plus Red Light Panel $329.99 (compare-at $474.99), handle bioheal-plus-red-light-therapy-panel, SKU LP-BIOHLPLS-BLK.
No LifePro coupon is published here. HSA/FSA via TrueMed is tagged on both panel SKUs. Free US shipping is claimed on product pages.
RLT Home, from redlighttherapyhome.com/products.json, same day. TOP10 is 6% off these live prices, nearest dollar:
- RLT Home Total Spectrum MINI $495 (compare-at $695), TOP10 $465. Non-electric stand included.
- RLT Home Total Spectrum COMPACT $995 (compare-at $1,295), TOP10 $935. Non-electric stand included.
- RLT Home Total Spectrum MAX $1,595 (compare-at $1,995), TOP10 $1,499. Non-electric stand included.
- RLT Home Total Spectrum ULTRA $2,595 (compare-at $2,995), TOP10 $2,439. Motorized stand included.
- RLT Home Total Spectrum ELITE $4,495 (compare-at $4,995), TOP10 $4,225. Motorized stand included.
On the compact rung, BioHeal is $315 below RLT Home Total Spectrum MINI before TOP10, and $285 below MINI after TOP10 ($179.99 vs $465). That is not a reason to pretend the two panels are the same recipe. BioHeal is 2-band dual-chip 120 LEDs in 10.2 x 8.8 inches with unnamed-method irradiance. MINI is 7-band 5W x 72 with a 98.7 mW/cm² spectrometer peak and a stand in the box. Above about 20 inches, LifePro has no panel SKU to quote.
Who LifePro is for
Runner-up niche
Mainstream budget BioHeal 660/850 compact, big-box shelf, tilt stand in the box
- Want a 10.2 x 8.8 inch, 5.5 lb 660/850 compact rather than a floor stand and a 30-inch-plus body unit
- Want a tilt arm, hanging kit, and two pairs of eyeglasses in the box at $179.99, or BioHeal Plus at $329.99 if you need about 20 inches
- Want to buy on lifeprofitness.com, Amazon, Walmart, or Target, with free US shipping claimed on the manufacturer site
- Want the lifetime repair-or-replace claim, will register within 14 days per the manuals, and will keep authorized-retailer proof
- Accept a 30-day return window where non-error returns pay shipping, and you do not need a published spectrometer report
- Might also want LifePro belts, wraps, or a vibration plate later. Those are a different form factor, not a second panel size
This is LifePro Fitness (lifeprofitness.com), the USA recovery and fitness brand. It is not another company that happens to sell a product named BioHeal.
Who RLT Home is for
Best fit for most buyers
Seven-band density, published six-inch data, and a size ladder
- Want 480 nm, 630 nm, 810 nm, 830 nm, and 1064 nm in the mix, with published LED share, not only 660 and 850
- Want six-inch spectrometer peaks on every RLT Home Total Spectrum panel, and you refuse to mix solar-meter or unnamed-instrument claims into that column
- Want a stand in the box, two types of eyewear, nine modes plus a custom channel mix, and a free weekly plan
- Want a three-year warranty and free insured returns on a 60-day trial
- Want an in-stock path from RLT Home Total Spectrum MINI ($495, $465 TOP10) through COMPACT, MAX, ULTRA, and ELITE
The verdict: winner and runner up
RLT Home takes the overall win for most buyers. LifePro earns a credible runner-up spot where its niche fits: a mainstream budget 660/850 compact, a tilt stand and hanging kit in the box, a lifetime-warranty claim, and big-box shelf access. That is not a dual trophy. It is one winner and one named niche.
🏆 Winner
RLT Home, for most buyers
For buyers who want a published seven-band mix (including 480 nm, 810 nm, and 1064 nm), spectrometer peaks at six inches across RLT Home Total Spectrum MINI, COMPACT, MAX, ULTRA, and ELITE, nine science-built modes, a free personalised weekly plan, free insured returns, a three-year warranty, and in-stock panels with stands, RLT Home is the stronger overall choice.
TOP10 drops RLT Home Total Spectrum MINI to $465, COMPACT to $935, MAX to $1,499, ULTRA to $2,439, and ELITE to $4,225. MINI is then still well above BioHeal’s $179.99. The 30-inch through 65-inch rungs are the ones LifePro is not stocking as panels on 1 September 2026.
🥈 Runner up
LifePro, for the budget 660/850 compact and the lifetime claim
For buyers who want a 10.2 x 8.8 inch BioHeal, a tilt arm and hanging kit, two pairs of eyeglasses, a $179.99 sticker (or BioHeal Plus at $329.99), Amazon/Walmart/Target access, and a lifetime repair-or-replace claim with the live exclusions attached, LifePro is the better fit. Independent spectrometer data is unpublished. Brand-stated >0.082 W/cm² / 0.839 W/in² figures stay off the spectrometer table. Dual-chip on BioHeal is a catalog fact. Those gaps stay named, not invented as secret defects.
LifePro wins the Trustpilot row on this pairing (4.7 / 539 versus 4.6 / 243). RLT Home still wins the overall page because spectrum density, spectrometer transparency, coverage, trial shipping, and the size ladder are the jobs most panel buyers are shopping. The right choice is which job you are buying for, and whether you need a body-height panel.
Frequently asked questions
Who has better user reviews, LifePro or RLT Home?
On independent Trustpilot listings checked 1 September 2026, LifePro is 4.7 / 5 from 539 reviews (UK listing 4.7 from 584). RLT Home is 4.6 / 5 from 243 reviews. Score plus sample size awards this row to LifePro. LifePro’s listing is the whole fitness store, not BioHeal-only. Amazon and Walmart stars are not mixed in. RLT Home does not automatically win user reviews.
Is LifePro underpowered compared with RLT Home?
Do not mix meters. LifePro states more than 0.082 W/cm² and more than 0.53 W/in² at 6 inches for BioHeal, and more than 0.839 W/in² at 6 inches for BioHeal Plus, with the instrument unnamed. RLT Home publishes six-inch spectrometer peaks from 98.7 to 121.62 mW/cm². Those columns are not comparable. Independent spectrometer output for the LifePro panels is unpublished.
Is dual-chip a problem on BioHeal?
No. Dual-chip (120 double-chip LEDs on BioHeal) is a catalog fact. It splits each package across 660 nm and 850 nm, which can help even surface spread on a small face. RLT Home uses single-chip 5W LEDs so each diode’s power goes to one peak. That is a design difference, not a hidden defect.
Can I use BioHeal instead of RLT Home Total Spectrum MAX?
No. BioHeal is 10.2 x 8.8 inches and 120 dual-chip LEDs. RLT Home Total Spectrum MAX is 49.2 x 11.8 inches and 360 LEDs, with a non-electric stand in the box, at $1,595 ($1,499 with TOP10). They do not cover the same body area. BioHeal Plus at about 20 inches is still not a 49-inch panel.
Is TOP10 a LifePro coupon?
No. TOP10 is 6% off current RLT Home live prices only, rounded to the nearest dollar. This article does not invent a LifePro discount code. LifePro prices are the live manufacturer prices on lifeprofitness.com.
Are these panels FDA cleared?
No. LifePro marketing says “FDA Certified” and the Plus manual lists FDA among certifications. That is not clearance, and this page does not invent a 510(k) K-number. RLT Home home panels are FDA-registered. Registration is a listing, not clearance.
Does LifePro’s lifetime warranty mean more years than RLT Home’s 3-year warranty?
It is a different promise, not a silent 3-year policy. LifePro’s live page is repair or replace for material or workmanship defects, with exclusions and authorized-retailer proof. Manuals ask for 14-day registration. RLT Home is a straight 3-year term with a 60-day prepaid trial. Keep both wordings. Do not flatten lifetime into three years, and do not pretend the exclusion list does not exist.

Conclusion
LifePro and RLT Home are solving different jobs. LifePro wins a mainstream budget 660/850 compact, a tilt stand and hanging kit in the box, Amazon/Walmart/Target access, a lifetime-warranty claim with live exclusions, and the Trustpilot row (4.7 / 539 versus 4.6 / 243). RLT Home wins seven-band density including 480 nm, 810 nm, and 1064 nm, six-inch spectrometer peaks, nine modes plus a personalised plan, in-stock 30-inch through 65-inch panels with stands, a three-year warranty, and free insured returns. With TOP10, RLT Home Total Spectrum MINI is $465, RLT Home Total Spectrum COMPACT $935, RLT Home Total Spectrum MAX $1,499, RLT Home Total Spectrum ULTRA $2,439, and RLT Home Total Spectrum ELITE $4,225. The data favors RLT Home for most buyers, with LifePro the runner-up for the BioHeal compact niche. A $179.99 BioHeal still does not cover a body like RLT Home Total Spectrum MAX. Sessions may help recovery-oriented and general wellness routines. They are not a treatment for disease.
