How-to on the live BioHeal page is simple: three treatment modes, a 1 to 30 minute timer (10-minute default in the manuals), optional 10 Hz pulse, and a working distance the brand quotes at 6 inches for the irradiance line. Protective eyeglasses are in the box (two pairs on BioHeal). The panel should be used as a close-range compact. Do not treat a 10-inch face as torso coverage.

Fit note: Two published peaks with a 50/50 split is the line thesis. Buyers who want only 660 and 850, with red-only, NIR-only, and combined modes, are in the right aisle. Buyers who want a published 810 nm for muscle recovery will not find it on these SKUs. Buyers who want a 1064 nm slice for arthritis and osteoarthritis will not find it on these SKUs.
Power and Irradiance: Measured by Independent Third Parties
Solar power meters over-report LED output. Spectrometers are the accurate reference. Peak compares with peak. Average compares with average. A 12-inch figure is not a 6-inch figure. An unnamed-instrument brand claim is not a third-party spectrometer figure. Those jobs stay in separate rows on this page.
Spectrometer column: unpublished
LifePro does not publish a third-party spectrometer reading for BioHeal or BioHeal Plus. The live product pages and the user manuals quote irradiance in W/cm² and W/in². They do not name the instrument, the lab, a peak, or an average from a spectrometer. Independent spectrometer output for these panels is unpublished. BioHeal marketing and the live FAQ quote more than 0.082 W/cm² at 6 inches and more than 0.53 W/in² at 6 inches, plus more than 1.419 W/in² at the LED surface, with 82 W total power. Those two 6-inch unit systems describe the same order of magnitude (0.53 W/in² is in the same ballpark as 0.082 W/cm²). The instrument is not named. Quote both. Do not convert them into a spectrometer figure.
BioHeal Plus manuals and listings quote more than 0.839 W/in² at 6 inches and more than 1.413 W/in² at the surface. Some third-party writeups restated 0.839 W/in² as about 130 mW/cm². This page will not run that conversion as a spectrometer number. Different methods. Different columns.

Three treatment modes, an optional 10 Hz pulsed-light setting, and a 1 to 30 minute timer. That is the whole control surface. There is no companion app and no Bluetooth. Controls sit on the panel. Devices stay simple on purpose.
