Megelin vs RLT Home (2026)
Medical review: Articles on Red Light Therapy Top 10 are reviewed for scientific accuracy by our medical expert team. This page is wellness information, not a diagnosis or a treatment plan. Red light sessions may help recovery-oriented and general wellness routines. They are not presented here as a treatment for disease.
Megelin (megelin.com) is a USA-sales store with China manufacture. The panel pairing here is the live TruWellness hang line: T300, T600, T1000, and T1500, sold as the Megelin TruWellness Red Light Therapy Panel. Each size is 660 nm and 850 nm at a stated 1:1 mix, 5W LED chips with glass lenses, independent red and near-infrared modes, a hanging kit and goggles in the box, and no floor stand. The same shop also sells masks, bags, mats, EMS wearables, a vest, and a separate Full Spectrum panel. That is the live catalog. It is a research note, not a claim that the brand is fake. RLT Home builds RLT Home Total Spectrum MINI, COMPACT, MAX, ULTRA, and ELITE as seven-band panels (480, 630, 660, 810, 830, 850, 1064 nm) with published LED share, six-inch spectrometer peaks, stands in the box, nine science-built modes, and a free personalised weekly plan. These are not size clones. One is a budget hang-panel ladder. The other is a five-rung body-panel ladder with published density.
Winner summary
Overall winner: RLT Home
Megelin panel prices come from megelin.com/products/megelin-red-light-therapy-panel.json on 1 September 2026. The August 13 pack prices (T300 $399, T600 $699, T1000 $899, T1500 $1,199) are still the live selling prices. Compare-at figures on that page are $799 / $1,399 / $1,799 / $2,399. The optional T1000 and T1500 horizontal stand is $399 (panel not included). RLT Home prices come from redlighttherapyhome.com/products.json the same day. Code TOP10 is 6% off current RLT Home live prices only, rounded to the nearest dollar. There is no Megelin discount code in this article.
At-a-glance verdict: RLT Home is the better fit for most buyers who want a published seven-band mix, six-inch spectrometer peaks, a personalised plan, and a panel that covers more than a hang-width strip. Megelin is the runner-up when the job is a budget TruWellness 660/850 hang panel, a hanging kit instead of a stand, and a 60-day window with the restocking split named below. This is not a dual trophy.
At a Glance: Megelin vs RLT Home (2026)
| Criterion | Megelin | RLT Home |
|---|---|---|
| Devices in this pairing | Megelin TruWellness T300, T600, T1000, T1500 (one product page, four sizes). Live catalog also has masks, bags, mats, EMS wearables, a vest, and a separate Full Spectrum panel at $1,099. Those SKUs are not size clones of Total Spectrum panels. | RLT Home Total Spectrum MINI, COMPACT, MAX, ULTRA, ELITE |
| Wavelengths | 2 bands: 660 nm red and 850 nm near infrared, stated 1:1. That is a real density choice (all energy in two peaks), not a smear. Do not confuse these T300-T1500 hang panels with Mito, MITO LIGHT, or any other T300-named panel. | 7 bands: 480 / 630 / 660 / 810 / 830 / 850 / 1064 nm, with published LED share on every RLT Home Total Spectrum panel |
| Independent spectrometer @ 6 in | Unpublished. No named instrument, no lab, no peak, and no average at a stated distance on the live TruWellness page. | Spectrometer peaks at 6 inches: MINI 98.7, COMPACT 99.0, MAX 100.53, ULTRA 119.28, ELITE 121.62 mW/cm² |
| Brand-stated irradiance (separate row) | 200 mW/cm². Distance unstated. Method unnamed. Treat as a catalog claim, not as a six-inch spectrometer figure. This page does not invent a 6-inch conversion. | Do not mix RLT Home solar-meter 8-inch figures (170-179 mW/cm²) with Megelin’s unnamed 200 mW/cm² claim. Solar-meter and unnamed-instrument numbers are not comparable to spectrometer peaks. |
| Size and hang | T300 15.2 x 7.2 x 2.2 in, 60 LEDs. T600 18.9 x 8.1 x 2.8 in, 120 LEDs. T1000 35.4 x 8.1 x 2.8 in, 200 LEDs. T1500 36.2 x 11.0 x 2.8 in, 300 LEDs. Live box list: hanging kit, no stand. | MINI 11.8 x 11.4 in through ELITE 65 x 20.5 in. MINI, COMPACT, and MAX include a non-electric stand. ULTRA and ELITE include a motorized stand. |
| Trial | Homepage markets a 60-day free trial. Live US returns page (megelin.com/pages/returns-exchanges, 1 Sep 2026): 10% restock if canceled in transit or unopened, 20% if opened and used, buyer pays return shipping, original shipping not refunded, no returns past 60 days. Quality issues go through defect replacement. A 90-day money-back page is live on the Canadian site for hair-removal and anti-aging results, not named on the US TruWellness panel page. | 60 days, no restocking, free insured return shipping |
| Warranty | 1-year limited (free replacement for damage within 1 year). Confirmed on megelin.com/pages/warranty-policy and the TruWellness trust badge, 1 Sep 2026. | 3 years |
| Live US price, small panel | TruWellness T300 $399 (compare-at $799). Hanging kit in the box. Stand not included. | RLT Home Total Spectrum MINI $495 (compare-at $695); $465 with TOP10. Non-electric stand in the box. |
| User reviews (Trustpilot, 1 Sep 2026) | 4.3 / 5 from 796 reviews at trustpilot.com/review/megelin.com. Brand-wide listing (masks, bags, EMS, panels). Not thin. On-site 4.8 from 10 panel-page reviews is not mixed in. Amazon stars are not Trustpilot. | 4.6 / 5 from 243 reviews (trustpilot.com/review/redlighttherapyhome.com). UK listing matches 4.6 from 243. |
Trustpilot at write time
Public reviews are a ranking criterion on this page. Scores come from independent Trustpilot listings pulled 1 September 2026. Manufacturer on-site star widgets are a different dataset and are not mixed in. The TruWellness product page shows 4.8 from 10 on-site reviews. That number is not used for the winner row. Amazon stars are not used either.
Megelin
4.3 / 5
This listing is not thin. It covers the whole Megelin catalog, not TruWellness panels alone. A 796-review 4.3 score is a real public sample. It is not a smear, and it is not an on-site widget.
RLT Home
4.6 / 5
RLT Home does not automatically win user reviews. On this pairing it wins because the TrustScore is higher (4.6 vs 4.3) and the 243-review sample is still large. Megelin’s 796-review listing is bigger and not thin. Score plus sample size, not vibes: both samples clear a thin-sample bar, so the 0.3 TrustScore gap decides the row.

Wavelength density, not wavelength count
Megelin TruWellness puts the whole panel on two peaks: 660 nm and 850 nm, stated 1:1. That is a density choice. Buyers who want only those two classic bands, with no 480 nm blue and no 1064 nm deep infrared, get a simpler mix. The live page names the 1:1 split. Dual-chip 5W glass-lens LEDs (catalog fact) still sit on those two wavelengths. Counting two wavelengths as a smear would be the wrong fight.
RLT Home Total Spectrum MINI, COMPACT, MAX, and ELITE publish this LED share: 480 nm 6%, 630 nm 19%, 660 nm 19%, 810 nm 19%, 830 nm 14%, 850 nm 9%, 1064 nm 14%. RLT Home Total Spectrum ULTRA is 480 nm 5%, 630 nm 20%, 660 nm 20%, 810 nm 20%, 830 nm 13%, 850 nm 8%, 1064 nm 14%. Seven bands is not automatically better. Density is. RLT Home still puts a real 19% (20% on ULTRA) on 810 nm, a real 14% on 1064 nm, and a small 480 nm surface band. TruWellness has none of those three. TruWellness instead concentrates the array on 660 and 850 at 1:1.
| Band | Megelin TruWellness T300-T1500 | RLT Home Total Spectrum (MINI / COMPACT / MAX / ELITE share) |
|---|---|---|
| 480 nm (blue) | Not in the mix | 6% (5% on ULTRA) |
| 630 nm (red) | Not in the mix | 19% (20% on ULTRA) |
| 660 nm (red) | Present. Stated 1:1 with 850 nm. | 19% (20% on ULTRA) |
| 810 nm (near infrared) | Not in the mix | 19% (20% on ULTRA) |
| 830 nm (near infrared) | Not in the mix | 14% (13% on ULTRA) |
| 850 nm (near infrared) | Present. Stated 1:1 with 660 nm. | 9% (8% on ULTRA) |
| 1064 nm (deep infrared) | Not in the mix | 14% |
Edge: Split by goal. Megelin wins for a two-band 660/850 1:1 hang panel. RLT Home wins for published seven-band density, including 810 nm and 1064 nm. Counting peaks without share is the wrong fight.
Power and Irradiance: Measured by Independent Third Parties
Solar power meters over-report LED output. Spectrometers are the accurate reference. Peak compares with peak. Average compares with average. A figure with no distance is not a 6-inch figure. An unnamed-instrument brand claim is not a third-party spectrometer figure. Brand-stated 200 mW/cm² with no distance is a comparability red flag, not a smear for honesty, and it stays on its own row.
Row 1. Spectrometer versus spectrometer
Megelin does not publish a third-party spectrometer reading for TruWellness T300, T600, T1000, or T1500. The live product page states 200 mW/cm² and names 5W LED chips with glass lenses. It does not name the instrument, the lab, a peak, an average, or a measurement distance. Independent spectrometer output for this hang line is unpublished.
RLT Home publishes spectrometer peaks at six inches for every Total Spectrum panel:
| RLT Home device | Spectrometer peak @ 6 inches |
|---|---|
| RLT Home Total Spectrum MINI | 98.7 mW/cm² |
| RLT Home Total Spectrum COMPACT | 99.0 mW/cm² |
| RLT Home Total Spectrum MAX | 100.53 mW/cm² |
| RLT Home Total Spectrum ULTRA | 119.28 mW/cm² |
| RLT Home Total Spectrum ELITE | 121.62 mW/cm² |
There is no Megelin spectrometer number to pair with those peaks. RLT Home wins the transparency row. That is not a crowned more-power-is-better score, because TruWellness does not enter the spectrometer column.
Row 2. Brand-stated 200 mW/cm² (not mixed with row 1)
Megelin states High-Power 200mW/cm² Performance on the live TruWellness page. No distance is given. No instrument is named. This page does not invent a 6-inch figure for that 200. Do not stack 200 against 98.7 mW/cm². Do not treat the missing distance as a secret weakness we filled in. Unpublished distance is unpublished distance. The comparability red flag is that you cannot place 200 mW/cm² next to a six-inch spectrometer peak and call it a fair fight.
RLT Home also lists solar-meter figures at 8 inches (MINI 170, COMPACT 172, MAX 172, ULTRA 174, ELITE 179 mW/cm²). Those solar-meter numbers are not comparable to Megelin’s unnamed-instrument 200 claim, and they are not comparable to RLT Home’s own spectrometer peaks. They stay off the spectrometer table.
Edge: No mixed-meter power winner. Megelin wins a higher brand-stated catalog number for buyers who accept an unnamed method and no distance. RLT Home wins published six-inch spectrometer peaks across the line. Those two columns stay apart.
LED chips and beam
The research catalog lists Megelin TruWellness as 5W dual-chip glass-lens LEDs. Dual-chip is a catalog fact, not a smear. The live TruWellness page on 1 September 2026 names 5W LED chips and precision lenses and upgraded glass lenses. It does not print the words dual-chip on that page. This article treats dual-chip 5W glass lens as the catalog fact and the live wording as 5W chips plus glass lenses. Dual-chip splits each module across two wavelengths. That can even out surface coverage on a 660/850 panel. It is not treated here as a defect, and it is not treated as proof of deeper penetration.
RLT Home Total Spectrum MINI, COMPACT, MAX, ULTRA, and ELITE use single-chip 5W LEDs (72, 216, 360, 480, and 864 LEDs). Single-chip puts each diode on one peak. That is a different optical choice, not an insult to dual-chip. Chip type is not even. Wattage class is even at 5W. Count is not even. TruWellness T300 is 60 LEDs. RLT Home Total Spectrum MINI is 72. TruWellness T1500 is 300. RLT Home Total Spectrum MAX is 360 on a taller panel.
Megelin does not publish a beam angle on the live TruWellness page. RLT Home’s default is 30 degrees (RLT Home Total Spectrum ULTRA uses 15 / 30 / 60). Treat Megelin beam angle as unpublished.
Edge: Dual-chip 5W glass lens is a TruWellness catalog fact. RLT Home wins published beam angle and a 5W single-chip count that scales with panel size. Megelin wins a lighter hang format with glass lenses named on the live page.
Coverage and the size ladder
Megelin sells four TruWellness hang sizes on one product page. Live catalog on 1 September 2026 also includes a Full Spectrum panel at $1,099 (compare-at $2,999), LED masks, a Duo-Lux LASER and LED mask, red light bags, a mat, a vest, and EMS wearables. Those are other form factors, not a fifth hang-panel height. This pairing is TruWellness T300-T1500 versus the Total Spectrum ladder. T1500 at 36.2 x 11.0 inches is not a 49-inch or 64-inch body panel. T1000 at 35.4 x 8.1 inches is tall-ish and narrow.
Tier table (live 1 September 2026)
| Device | LEDs | H x W | Panel price | Stand | Realistic total | Body coverage |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Megelin TruWellness T300 | 60 x 5W | 15.2 x 7.2 in | $399 | None. Hanging kit in the box. | $399 plus shipping if your region is not free | Face, joint, or small torso strip |
| RLT Home Total Spectrum MINI | 72 | 11.8 x 11.4 in | $495 ($465 TOP10) | Non-electric stand in the box | $495 / $465 TOP10 | Face, hands, single joint |
| Megelin TruWellness T600 | 120 x 5W | 18.9 x 8.1 in | $699 | None. Hanging kit in the box. | $699 plus shipping if your region is not free | Partial torso strip |
| RLT Home Total Spectrum COMPACT | 216 | 30.3 x 11.8 in | $995 ($935 TOP10) | Non-electric stand in the box | $995 / $935 TOP10 | Back, shoulders, legs |
| Megelin TruWellness T1000 | 200 x 5W | 35.4 x 8.1 in | $899 | None in the box. Optional T1000 and T1500 horizontal stand $399 (panel not included). | $899 hang, or $1,298 with the optional stand | Tall narrow strip. 8.1 in is not adult body width. |
| Megelin TruWellness T1500 | 300 x 5W | 36.2 x 11.0 in | $1,199 | None in the box. Optional horizontal stand $399. | $1,199 hang, or $1,598 with the optional stand | Torso-height hang panel, not full adult height |
| RLT Home Total Spectrum MAX | 360 | 49.2 x 11.8 in | $1,595 ($1,499 TOP10) | Non-electric stand in the box | $1,595 / $1,499 TOP10 | Large areas: torso, thighs, abdomen |
| RLT Home Total Spectrum ULTRA | 480 | 64.3 x 11.8 in | $2,595 ($2,439 TOP10) | Motorized stand in the box | $2,595 / $2,439 TOP10 | Full-body, lie-under capable |
| RLT Home Total Spectrum ELITE | 864 | 65 x 20.5 in | $4,495 ($4,225 TOP10) | Motorized stand in the box | $4,495 / $4,225 TOP10 | Largest single-panel coverage in this pairing |
Connecting two hang panels would increase coverage area, not the irradiance on one spot. Megelin does not sell a live two-panel TruWellness bundle on this product page. The Full Spectrum panel at $1,099 is a different SKU. This page does not treat it as a hidden T1500 upgrade.
Modes, pulse, and a weekly plan
Live TruWellness copy names customizable independent mode control: separate red and near-infrared channels. That is confirmed on the 1 September 2026 product page. Pulse frequency is not named on that TruWellness page. Related-product blocks on the same HTML mention LuxPulse EMS SKUs. Those are other products. Treat pulse on TruWellness as unpublished until the panel page itself prints a Hertz range. No app is listed for the hang panels. No named preset programs (Skin, Sleep, Pain) are published for TruWellness.
RLT Home Total Spectrum panels ship with nine science-built modes plus a custom channel mix (blue, red, NIR, 1064 nm intensity and pulsing). Pulsing is published at 0 to 5,000 Hz. After purchase the founder emails for target conditions and the science team builds a free personalised weekly plan. Devices stay offline. No companion app, no account, no session log leaving the house.
Edge: Megelin wins simple independent red / NIR control on a hang panel with no app. RLT Home wins nine named modes, published pulsing, and a free weekly plan. Pulse on TruWellness stays unpublished on the live panel page.
In the box
Megelin TruWellness live In-the-Box list, 1 September 2026: panel, user manual, hanging kit (x2), goggles, adaptor, cable. No floor stand. Goggles included is a real plus for a hang panel. The optional T1000 and T1500 horizontal stand is a separate $399 SKU (compare-at $799) and says panel not included.
RLT Home Total Spectrum MINI, COMPACT, and MAX include a non-electric stand. RLT Home Total Spectrum ULTRA and ELITE include a motorized stand. Eye protection is two types: red/NIR-blocking reading glasses plus full blackout goggles. Do not flatten goggles included into the same eyewear kit.
Trial, restocking, and warranty (do not flatten)
Both brands talk about a 60-day window. The terms are not the same.
Megelin homepage copy on 1 September 2026 says it offers a 60-day free trial policy on all products. The live US returns page is more specific, and this article keeps that split:
- Non-quality returns: 10% restocking if the package is canceled in transit or unopened with intact packaging; 20% restocking if opened and used; return shipping paid by the buyer; original shipping not refunded.
- Orders older than 60 days are not accepted for return.
- Quality / damaged-on-arrival: photograph, contact customerservice@megelin.com, replacement shipment, return the damaged unit. That is a defect path, not a no-questions refund.
- Warranty: 1-year limited, free replacement for damage within 1 year, on megelin.com/pages/warranty-policy.
- A 90-day money-back page is live on the Canadian site (ca.megelin.com/pages/90-day-guarantee) for hair-removal and anti-aging results, with a 12-session photo requirement. It is not named on the US TruWellness panel page. This article does not flatten US hang-panel returns into that CA 90-day process.
RLT Home: 60 days, no restocking fee, free insured return shipping, 3-year warranty.
Edge: RLT Home wins trial economics and warranty length. Megelin still has a 60-day window and a 1-year warranty. Those are real. They are not a no-restock, free-return, three-year clone of RLT Home.
FDA: self-assert versus listing versus clearance
The live TruWellness page calls the panel an FDA Class II medical device. That is a self-assert. This page does not treat the hang panel as FDA-cleared. It does not invent a K-number for T300, T600, T1000, or T1500.
openFDA 510(k) search for MEGELIN on 1 September 2026 returns one clearance: K252264, MEGELIN LED Light Therapy Mask (JML1 through JML10), decision 17 October 2025, Class II, product code OHS. That K-number is a mask line, not the TruWellness hang panel. A search for TruWellness / red light therapy panel under Megelin does not return a panel K-number. Empty for the panel is empty.
RLT Home home panels are FDA-registered, not cleared. Registration is a listing. No home rectangular red light panel in this pairing is treated as 510(k) cleared. Megelin’s own Canadian FDA explainer has said some red light devices sit in the ILY infrared-lamp category and do not require a 510(k) number. That sentence, if you take it as the brand’s position, still is not panel clearance.
Edge: Even on honesty if both are not cleared. RLT Home states registered. Megelin states Class II medical device on the panel page without a panel K-number. The mask K252264 is named so it is not hidden, and it is not borrowed for the hang panel.
Pricing, TOP10, and no invented codes

Who Megelin is for
Runner-up niche
Budget TruWellness 660/850 hang panels, hanging kit, 60-day window
- Want a T300 at $399, a T600 at $699, a T1000 at $899, or a T1500 at $1,199, with a hanging kit instead of a floor stand
- Want only 660 nm and 850 nm at a stated 1:1 mix, with independent red and near-infrared modes
- Want goggles in the box, 5W chips with glass lenses, and you accept dual-chip as a catalog fact
- Want the optional $399 horizontal stand later for T1000 or T1500, and you know it is not in the panel box
- Accept a 1-year warranty and a 60-day window that still charges 10-20% restock on non-quality returns, with buyer-paid return shipping
- Might also want a Megelin mask, bag, mat, vest, or EMS wearable later. Those are a different form factor, not a second hang-panel physics
This is Megelin (megelin.com), USA sales with China manufacture. It is not Mito, not MITO LIGHT, and not another company’s T300 panel.
Who RLT Home is for
Best fit for most buyers
Seven-band density, published six-inch data, and a size ladder
- Want 480 nm, 630 nm, 810 nm, 830 nm, and 1064 nm in the mix, with published LED share, not only 660 and 850
- Want six-inch spectrometer peaks on every RLT Home Total Spectrum panel, and you refuse to mix unnamed 200 mW/cm² claims into that column
- Want a stand in the box, two types of eyewear, nine modes plus a custom channel mix, and a free weekly plan
- Want a three-year warranty and free insured returns on a 60-day trial with no restocking fee
- Want an in-stock path from RLT Home Total Spectrum MINI ($495, $465 TOP10) through COMPACT, MAX, ULTRA, and ELITE
The verdict: winner and runner up
RLT Home takes the overall win for most buyers. Megelin earns a credible runner-up spot where its catalog fits: budget TruWellness 660/850 hang panels, a hanging kit, goggles in the box, and a 60-day window with the restocking split named above. That is not a dual trophy. It is one winner and one named niche.
🏆 Winner
RLT Home, for most buyers
For buyers who want a published seven-band mix (including 480 nm, 810 nm, and 1064 nm), spectrometer peaks at six inches across RLT Home Total Spectrum MINI, COMPACT, MAX, ULTRA, and ELITE, nine science-built modes, a free personalised weekly plan, free insured returns, a three-year warranty, and in-stock panels with stands, RLT Home is the stronger overall choice.
TOP10 drops RLT Home Total Spectrum MINI to $465, COMPACT to $935, MAX to $1,499, ULTRA to $2,439, and ELITE to $4,225. MINI is then $66 above the TruWellness T300. The 30-inch through 65-inch rungs with stands are the ones TruWellness is not stocking as hang panels on 1 September 2026.
🥈 Runner up
Megelin, for budget TruWellness hang panels
For buyers who want a T300-T1500 660/850 1:1 hang panel, a hanging kit, goggles, independent red / NIR modes, and a $399 to $1,199 sticker, Megelin is the better fit. Dual-chip 5W glass lens is a catalog fact. Brand-stated 200 mW/cm² has no distance and is not a spectrometer peak. The 1-year warranty and 10-20% restock on non-quality returns are part of that niche, not a smear. Independent spectrometer data for this hang line is unpublished. On-site 4.8 from 10 reviews is not a Trustpilot score. Those gaps stay named.
Both offer a 60-day window. Both hang-panel and Total Spectrum home panels are not treated here as FDA-cleared. The right choice is which job you are buying for, and whether you need a body-height panel with a stand.
Frequently asked questions
Who has better user reviews, Megelin or RLT Home?
On independent Trustpilot listings checked 1 September 2026, RLT Home is 4.6 / 5 from 243 reviews. Megelin is 4.3 / 5 from 796 reviews at trustpilot.com/review/megelin.com. Megelin’s listing is not thin. It is brand-wide (masks, bags, EMS, panels), not TruWellness-only. Score plus sample size: both samples are large, so the higher TrustScore (4.6 vs 4.3) awards the row to RLT Home. On-site 4.8 from 10 panel-page reviews and Amazon stars are not mixed in. RLT Home does not win this row automatically.
Is Megelin’s 200 mW/cm² stronger than RLT Home?
Do not mix meters. Megelin states 200 mW/cm² with no distance and no named instrument. RLT Home publishes six-inch spectrometer peaks from 98.7 to 121.62 mW/cm². Those columns are not comparable. This page does not invent a 6-inch figure for the 200. Independent spectrometer output for TruWellness is unpublished.
Is dual-chip a Megelin weakness?
No. Dual-chip 5W glass lens is a catalog fact. The live page names 5W LED chips and upgraded glass lenses. Dual-chip can even surface coverage on a 660/850 panel. RLT Home uses single-chip 5W LEDs. That is a different optical choice. This article does not smear dual-chip as fake or cheap.
Can I use TruWellness T1500 instead of RLT Home Total Spectrum MAX?
Not as a size clone. TruWellness T1500 is 36.2 x 11.0 inches and 300 LEDs, hanging kit, $1,199, optional stand $399 extra. RLT Home Total Spectrum MAX is 49.2 x 11.8 inches and 360 LEDs, with a non-electric stand in the box, at $1,595 ($1,499 with TOP10). They do not cover the same body area.
Is the TruWellness panel FDA cleared?
No. The live page self-asserts FDA Class II medical device. openFDA returns K252264 for MEGELIN LED Light Therapy Mask models, not for TruWellness T300-T1500. The hang panel is not treated as cleared. RLT Home home panels are FDA-registered, not cleared. Registration is a listing.
Is TOP10 a Megelin coupon?
No. TOP10 is 6% off current RLT Home live prices only, rounded to the nearest dollar. This article does not invent a Megelin discount code. Megelin prices are the live manufacturer variant prices on megelin.com.
Does TruWellness pulse?
Independent red and near-infrared modes are confirmed on the live panel page. Pulse frequency is not named on that TruWellness page as of 1 September 2026. Treat pulse as unpublished rather than assumed from LuxPulse EMS product names elsewhere on the shop.
Is Megelin T300 the same as a Mito T300?
No. Megelin TruWellness T300 is a 60-LED, 15.2 x 7.2 inch, 660/850 hang panel sold on megelin.com. It is not a Mito panel and not a MITO LIGHT panel. Similar model codes across brands are a naming collision, not a shared device.

Conclusion
Megelin and RLT Home are solving different jobs. Megelin wins a budget TruWellness 660/850 1:1 hang panel, a hanging kit and goggles in the box, and stickers from $399 to $1,199 with a 1-year warranty. RLT Home wins seven-band density including 480 nm, 810 nm, and 1064 nm, six-inch spectrometer peaks, nine modes plus a personalised plan, in-stock 30-inch through 65-inch panels with stands, a three-year warranty, and free insured returns. With TOP10, RLT Home Total Spectrum MINI is $465, RLT Home Total Spectrum COMPACT $935, RLT Home Total Spectrum MAX $1,499, RLT Home Total Spectrum ULTRA $2,439, and RLT Home Total Spectrum ELITE $4,225. The data favors RLT Home for most buyers, with Megelin the runner-up for the hang-panel, two-band, hanging-kit niche. A $399 TruWellness T300 still does not cover a body like RLT Home Total Spectrum MAX.
