BioLight Red Light Therapy Review (2026)
Medical review: All articles on Red Light Therapy Top 10 are reviewed for scientific accuracy and evidence-based relevance by our medical expert team. This page is wellness information, not a diagnosis or a treatment plan. Red light therapy may help some people with skin appearance or recovery goals. It is not presented here as a treatment for any named disease.
BioLight is a Hamilton, Montana catalog that sells protocol-led Dual LED 660 nm / 850 nm home panels with a touchscreen, 1 to 100 percent brightness, and pulsed frequencies up to 10,000 Hz. The 2026 home-panel line in this review is ReCharge, ReStore, and ReJuvenate. The same shop also sells oral devices, serums, a shower curtain, and professional beds. Those SKUs stay off this page. This is one-brand reporting: live USD stickers, published flicker and milligauss tables, third-party irradiance figures that sit in an honest band at six inches, a 3-year warranty, a 60-day trial with buyer-paid return shipping, and FDA language that does not invent clearance. It is not a versus page and does not crown a market winner.
Brand snapshot
What BioLight is in 2026
BioLight Inc. prints a Hamilton, Montana address on every live footer: 394 Old Corvallis Rd #C Hamilton, MT 59840. The storefront is biolight.shop. The company has been selling red and near-infrared hardware from that Montana base since around 2019. The positioning on ReCharge, ReStore, and ReJuvenate is consistent: two research-relevant wavelengths, Dual LED so a session can run all red, all NIR, or both, a touchscreen instead of a cluster of physical buttons, brightness from 1 to 100 percent, pulsed frequencies in a 0 to 10,000 Hz window, and published flicker plus EMF paperwork. Sessions with these panels may help people who already want a protocol-led 660 / 850 nm home panel. They do not turn a consumer LED array into a clinic laser. They do not add a named spectrometer model. They do not create an FDA clearance file.
The same cart also holds handhelds, oral devices, serums, a shower curtain, and professional beds from $25,000 to $98,000. Those SKUs are not scored here. The three home panels are the catalog that belongs on this review.
The 2026 BioLight home-panel lineup
Start with physical size. ReCharge is a tabletop: 11.3 x 8.3 x 2.6 inches, about 8 lb, 60 LEDs, 136 W. ReStore is the home full-body: 36 x 12 x 3 inches, 18 lb, 300 LEDs, 476 W. ReJuvenate is the clinic-scale wall: 66 x 23 x 3 inches, 65 lb, 1,008 LEDs, 3,000 W. Those footprints do not clone each other. All three list 660 nm red and 850 nm near-infrared, with independent red-only, NIR-only, and combo modes, 30-degree optics, and included eyewear. LED share between 660 nm and 850 nm is not published, so this page does not invent a 50/50 split.
| Model | LEDs / size / weight | Listed peaks | Published irradiance at 6 in, 100% | Live price, 1 Sep 2026 | Stand / mount note |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| ReCharge | 60 LEDs. 11.3 x 8.3 x 2.6 in. ~8 lb. 136 W | 660 + 850 nm. Dual LED named on the live page | 63 mW/cm² | $999 | Compact tabletop. Protective eyewear, manual, and ebook are the confirmed accessories. Live comparison-table cell for this SKU is not usable |
| ReStore | 300 LEDs. 36 x 12 x 3 in. 18 lb. 476 W | 660 + 850 nm. Dual LED named in the title and body | 56.9 mW/cm² | $1,799 | Floor stand with wheels and door hanging kit both included, plus eyewear, manual, ebook |
| ReJuvenate | 1,008 LEDs. 66 x 23 x 3 in. 65 lb. 3,000 W | 660 + 850 nm. Dual LED not named on the live spec sheet | Spec block 62.0 mW/cm². A second on-page list still prints 56.9 mW/cm² | $4,999, or $5,599 with mobile stand | Protective eyewear, manual, ebook. Mobile stand is a paid option at +$600 |
ReCharge is the protocol tabletop. Live copy describes patent-pending Dual LED technology that lets every LED produce red or NIR. Two cooling fans, 100-240VAC input, and a 100,000-hour LED lifespan sit in the spec block with the 3-year warranty and 60-day return window. It is a desk or joint SKU, not a standing full-body routine.
ReStore is the home SKU. Thirty-six inches covers a standing torso-plus-thighs session if the user steps through zones. It is not a 49-inch or 64-inch lie-under chassis. The box includes a floor stand with wheels and a door hanging kit. How-to copy tells the buyer to stand the panel or hang it, then pick red, NIR, or combo on the touchscreen.
ReJuvenate is sold for med spas, wellness centers, and clinics. The 23-inch width and 3,000 W draw with 20 internal fans are the differentiators. Dual LED is not printed on the ReJuvenate spec sheet, so this review does not invent it for the flagship. The mobile stand is a checkout variant, not a free inclusion.
Spectrum and Dual LED: two bands, three session settings
BioLight lists two wavelengths on every panel in this review. Dual LED, on ReCharge and ReStore, means every diode can emit red or near-infrared. The mix is a session setting rather than a fixed hardware split. That is a construction fact. It is not a smear of single-chip arrays, and it is not a claim that Dual LED doubles irradiance. ReJuvenate lists the same 660 / 850 nm pair and the same three modes. It does not print Dual LED, so the flagship is a two-band panel with unpublished LED packaging. LED share is not published. Sessions with 660 nm may help surface-oriented routines. Sessions with 850 nm may help recovery-oriented routines. Buyers who want 480 nm, 630 nm, 810 nm, 830 nm, or 1064 nm will not find those bands here.
| Wavelength | ReCharge, ReStore, ReJuvenate |
|---|---|
| 480 nm (blue) | Not used |
| 630 nm (red) | Not used |
| 660 nm (red) | Listed. Independent all-red mode, or combo with 850 nm |
| 810 nm (near infrared) | Not listed |
| 830 nm (near infrared) | Not listed |
| 850 nm (near infrared) | Listed. Independent all-NIR mode, or combo with 660 nm |
| 1064 nm (deep infrared) | Not used |
30-degree focusing optics are printed on all three spec sheets. A narrower beam is a geometry choice: more light stays in a tighter field at a typical treatment distance, with less spill at the edges. BioLight markets that as repeatable dosing. It is still a home LED panel with a 30-degree lens, not a collimated medical laser.
Fit note: Dual LED on ReCharge and ReStore is the line thesis: every diode can run red, NIR, or combo. That is hardware, not a quality smear of anyone else’s chip package. Sessions with 660 plus 850 may help muscle recovery routines. The cost of that thesis is a two-band catalog. 810 nm and 1064 nm are simply not on these three SKUs. That missing 1064 nm row is the band people usually mean when they ask about arthritis and osteoarthritis.
Power and Irradiance: Measured by Independent Third Parties
Solar power meters over-report LED output. Spectrometers are the accurate reference. Peak compares with peak. Average compares with average. A six-inch figure is not a surface figure, and it should not be converted. This page does not mix those jobs. BioLight publishes third-party irradiance tables at six inches and does not name the instrument. The numbers sit in a modest band on purpose. They should not be ranked as weak just because they are honest. They should also not be rewritten into a fake spectrometer model this review did not see.
Each panel page hosts a “Third Party Testing Results” strip: document thumbnails the buyer can swipe. That is real paperwork on the live product pages. The instrument still is not named in the product copy, the spec block, or the thumbnail labels this review could read on 1 September 2026. Older notes had the same gap. The gap remains. This page will not fill it with a guessed brand of meter, and it will not mix those tables with solar-meter figures from any other catalog.
| BioLight device | Published irradiance at 6 inches, 100% | What else the live page prints |
|---|---|---|
| ReCharge | 63 mW/cm² at 100% brightness | Reference irradiance row in the spec block. Flicker listed on the same block. No milligauss row on this SKU’s spec sheet |
| ReStore | 56.9 mW/cm² at 100% intensity | Example irradiance row, plus a dimming table in older third-party docs. Spec also prints flicker and a full EMF table |
| ReJuvenate | Two live figures: spec block 62.0 mW/cm², and a second on-page list still at 56.9 mW/cm² | This review quotes both. It does not pick a favorite or average them |
Those ceilings are paired with a 1 to 100 percent brightness slider, so the six-inch figure is a 100% reference, not the only dose. Photobiomodulation is dose-dependent. The published 56 to 63 mW/cm² band at six inches is the honest ceiling this category rarely prints. Inflated solar-meter headlines from other shops are a different instrument and are not used as a stick against BioLight here. ReJuvenate’s split (62.0 in the spec block, 56.9 in another list) is a live-page inconsistency, not a reason to throw the tables out. Both numbers still sit in the same honest band.
Fit note: Honest six-inch numbers are a feature of this catalog, not a defect. Instrument unnamed is the remaining paperwork gap. Do not “fix” 56.9 by comparing it to a solar-meter headline from another brand.
Modes, brightness, and pulsing
BioLight does not ship named condition presets (Skin, Sleep, Full Power) on the live panel pages. The control surface is the touchscreen: all red, all NIR, or combo; brightness 1 to 100 percent; a programmable timer; pulsed frequencies. ReStore copy specifically flags 40 Hz as a protocol the buyer can explore on the screen. A 40 Hz slider is a control. The often-quoted 40 Hz work in the cognitive literature is visual flicker in a lab setting, not a home Dual LED panel trial. This page does not treat a 0 to 10,000 Hz range as an Alzheimer’s protocol.
Pulse range wording is slightly split. ReJuvenate and the ReStore FAQ say 0 to 10,000 Hz. ReCharge and ReStore spec blocks print 1 to 10,000 Hz. Both wordings are recorded. Continuous use is enough for most routines. The Hertz ceiling is a control range, not a clinical outcome. The box includes The Red Light Therapy Guide ebook, which is a PDF, not a panel-side named mode and not a personalised weekly plan written after purchase.
How-to copy is conservative: 5 to 10 minutes on ReCharge, 10 to 20 minutes on ReStore and ReJuvenate, a few times per week. Listed irradiance references are at 6 inches. Live copy tells the buyer to wear the included protective eyewear and not to stare into the LEDs.
EMF and flicker: published numbers only
BioLight is one of the catalogs that actually prints a flicker percentage and a milligauss table. That paperwork is the point of the EMF-aware positioning. This review quotes the numbers that are on the live pages. It does not invent a milligauss row where a spec sheet is silent, and it does not convert milligauss into microtesla.
ReStore’s spec block is the full table: light flicker 1.2% modulation at 60 Hz; standard magnetic 0.3 mG; standard electric 30 V/m; weighted magnetic 0.3 mG; weighted electric 24 V/m; RF 0.15 mW/m². ReCharge’s spec block prints flicker at about 1.2% modulation at 60 Hz and does not print a milligauss row. ReJuvenate markets “Low Flicker, Low EMF” in feature copy and does not reprint the milligauss table in the spec block this review pulled. Brand-level snapshot figures of 0.3 mG and about 1.2% flicker are therefore anchored to ReStore’s printed table and to ReCharge’s printed flicker row, not to a ReJuvenate milligauss sheet that is not on the live spec.
0.3 mG is a low published magnetic figure. 1.2% modulation at 60 Hz is a published flicker percentage, not a “zero flicker” slogan. The remaining gap is the ReCharge and ReJuvenate spec sheets, which do not reprint ReStore’s full milligauss table.
Fit note: Buyers who want a flicker percentage and a milligauss / V/m / RF table can read those numbers on ReStore without leaving the product page. Buyers who want the same table itemized on ReCharge or ReJuvenate will not find it in those spec blocks on 1 September 2026.
What’s in the box, and how the stands actually ship
ReStore is the clean inclusion story. Live body copy: floor stand with wheels and door hanging kit options, both included. Protective eyewear, owner’s manual, and The Red Light Therapy Guide ebook sit in the same box. How-to copy repeats the two mount paths: stand the panel or hang it with the included door kit. For a $1,799 36-inch panel, that is a complete home kit, not a panel-only carton.
ReJuvenate includes protective eyewear, manual, and ebook. The mobile stand is a paid checkout option. Live variants: No Mobile Stand $4,999, Mobile Stand $5,599. The $600 delta matches the brand-pack snapshot. A 65 lb, 66 x 23-inch panel without a stand is a wall or custom-mount project. Buyers who need wheels should budget the $5,599 variant, not the $4,999 headline.
ReCharge is the compact tabletop. Protective eyewear is confirmed in the how-to and FAQ (wear the included protective eyewear). Manual and ebook appear in the shared comparison table for the line. The live comparison table’s ReCharge accessories cell currently prints a leftover note (“Touchscreen tabletop design is explicit, but the parsed page section I reviewed did not show the full included-items list”) instead of a real accessory list. This review will not launder that leftover into a spec. ReCharge is sold as a compact, moveable tabletop with a touchscreen. A separate mobile stand is not a ReCharge checkout variant the way it is on ReJuvenate.
Electrical input is 100-240VAC, 50/60 Hz. Cooling is fans: two on ReCharge, and 20 internal fans on ReJuvenate. ReStore lists 476 W without a fan count in the spec block pulled for this review.
How buying works: shipping, HSA, and the rest of the shop
The shipping policy, last updated May 2026 and re-read on 1 September 2026, is straightforward. Orders typically process in 1 to 2 business days. BioLight ships to the United States and to all international destinations worldwide, with the caveat that some products may be limited by customs, electrical specs, or carrier constraints. If a destination is unavailable at checkout, the policy points buyers to support@biolight.shop. Carriers named: UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL for international. Estimated delivery after the order ships: United States standard 3 to 7 business days, expedited 2 to 3 if available, international standard 7 to 21 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout from destination, weight, dimensions, method, and any promotion. This review does not invent a free-shipping threshold that the live policy does not print.
HSA / FSA eligibility is listed on ReCharge, ReStore, and ReJuvenate via Truemed. The widget copy says qualified customers can use HSA or FSA funds, with an average 30% tax-savings claim that Truemed qualifies. This page records the eligibility path. It does not treat Truemed as a coupon and does not invent a BioLight discount code.
The rest of biolight.shop is a mitochondrial-wellness store, not a three-SKU panel shop. Handhelds, oral devices, serums, and professional beds from $25,000 sit in the same cart. A buyer who landed here for a home panel should stay on ReCharge, ReStore, or ReJuvenate unless they actually want those other formats.
Trial, returns, and warranty
The live warranty page (May 2026, re-read 1 September 2026) lists ReCharge, ReStore, and ReJuvenate among the devices that include a 60-day trial period and a 3-year limited warranty. The live returns page names the same three panels in the 60-day trial list, alongside Glow, Shine, Cocoon, Beam, and the professional systems. If the buyer is not satisfied in the first 60 days, the path is email, then return instructions. That is a real trial window. The friction is in the shipping line.
Return shipping: customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. BioLight is not liable for items lost or damaged on the way back. Trackable shipping is recommended. A restocking fee is not published on the returns page or the warranty page this review pulled. “Not published” is not “no restocking fee.” It is a gap. Warranty repairs: BioLight covers shipping on verified warranty claims. If a returned unit inspects as functioning properly, the customer pays shipping including the trip back. Warranty starts on the original purchase date. Repaired or replaced units keep the remaining term.
Non-returnable once opened or used, for hygiene: oral devices, Illume, Mystic, serums, mists, and supplements. Bundle returns refund as store credit at the discounted bundle value. Lead time is not a 3 to 4 week manufacturer note on the live product pages pulled on 1 September 2026. Older notes used that figure. The live shipping policy is processing in 1 to 2 business days, then the carrier windows above.
A note on FDA
BioLight is not FDA-cleared. The footer on the live product and policy pages states that plainly: statements have not been evaluated by the FDA; products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease; products are low-risk general wellness / fitness products that do not require FDA clearance, citing FDA’s “General Wellness: Policy on Low Risk Devices” draft dated 20 January 2015. That is honest language. It is still not clearance. It is not a 510(k). It is not an FDA registration number. This review looked for a registration or clearance number on the panel pages, the warranty page, the returns page, and the shipping page. None was printed. None is invented here.
FDA-registered, on a home panel, would be a listing, not clearance, and not a medical-grade performance class. BioLight does not make that listing claim on the pages pulled for this review. “Does not require clearance” is a policy argument, not a 510(k). Neither claim turns ReStore into a treatment for disease. Sessions may help recovery-oriented or skin-oriented routines. They are not prescribed as therapy for a named condition on this page.
Fit note: Honest “not cleared, general wellness” copy is a feature of this catalog’s regulatory posture. Shoppers who need an FDA-registered listing as paperwork should look at brands that actually print one. Shoppers who need clearance will not find it on a home LED panel in this category, BioLight included.
User reviews: Trustpilot, 1 September 2026
Public reviews on this page are scored from independent Trustpilot listings, not from manufacturer star widgets. On-site shop ratings, Loox modules, and homepage star blocks are a different dataset and are not mixed in. Loox has a BioLight store widget in the public index. It is not this section.

Two reviews are too thin to reverse a buying decision. The independent listing exists, the score is 2.9, the n is 2, and the date is 1 September 2026. The sample is not grown here by borrowing Loox stars or shop-page ratings.
Who BioLight actually fits
A reasonable first stop
When this catalog is the right panel conversation
- Want Dual LED 660/850 with independent red, NIR, and combo, and treat that construction as a feature rather than a smear.
- Want a published flicker percentage (~1.2% at 60 Hz) and, on ReStore, a milligauss / V/m / RF table that includes 0.3 mG standard magnetic.
- Want 1 to 100 percent brightness and a 0 to 10,000 Hz pulse window on a touchscreen, plus a programmable timer.
- Want ReStore’s floor stand with wheels and hanging kit in the same $1,799 box, or ReCharge as a $999 Dual LED tabletop.
- Want HSA / FSA via Truemed, worldwide checkout, and a 3-year warranty with a 60-day trial.
- Prefer honest six-inch third-party irradiance in the 56-63 mW/cm² band over an inflated solar-meter headline.
Look at the 16-brand table instead
When this catalog is the wrong first stop
- Need 480 nm, 630 nm, 810 nm, 830 nm, or 1064 nm. Those bands are not on ReCharge, ReStore, or ReJuvenate.
- Need a named spectrometer model at six inches. BioLight publishes third-party docs and does not name the instrument.
- Need a large independent review sample. Trustpilot is 2.9 / 5 from 2 reviews as of 1 September 2026.
- Need free return shipping or a published no-restocking line. The buyer pays return freight. Restocking is not published.
- Need an FDA registration or a 510(k). BioLight states, honestly, that clearance is not required and not claimed.
- Need an in-box stand on the 66-inch flagship without paying $600. ReJuvenate’s mobile stand is a paid option.
Close 660/850 Dual LED rivals belong on a versus URL when that URL is actually live, and on the 16-brand table, not under a crown on this review.

Frequently asked questions
Is Dual LED a problem on BioLight?
No, and it is not used here as a smear. ReCharge and ReStore print patent-pending Dual LED technology: every single LED can produce red or NIR, rather than a red-only chip next to a NIR-only chip. That is construction. It does not double irradiance by itself. It does let a session run all red, all NIR, or combo from the same diode set. ReJuvenate’s live spec sheet does not name Dual LED, so this page does not invent it for the flagship.
Why are the six-inch irradiance numbers in the 56-63 mW/cm² band?
Because BioLight publishes third-party tables at six inches and keeps the 100% figures in an honest range. ReCharge 63, ReStore 56.9, ReJuvenate 62.0 in the spec block with a second on-page list still at 56.9. The instrument is not named. Modest six-inch tables are a published choice, not a missing spec, and they are not ranked as weak on this page. Solar-meter headlines from other shops are a different instrument.
Does BioLight really publish EMF and flicker numbers?
Yes, with SKU-level precision. ReStore prints 1.2% flicker at 60 Hz and a milligauss table (standard magnetic 0.3 mG, standard electric 30 V/m, weighted magnetic 0.3 mG, weighted electric 24 V/m, RF 0.15 mW/m²). ReCharge prints about 1.2% flicker at 60 Hz and does not print the milligauss row. ReJuvenate markets low flicker and low EMF without reprinting that table in the spec block pulled on 1 September 2026.
Do stands and goggles come in the box?
Protective eyewear is included on the three home panels. ReStore includes a floor stand with wheels and a door hanging kit. ReJuvenate’s mobile stand is a paid option (+$600, live variant $5,599). ReCharge is a compact tabletop; its live comparison-table accessory cell is not a usable spec.
How does the 60-day trial actually work?
Written policy: 60 days on ReCharge, ReStore, and ReJuvenate. Email for return instructions. The customer pays return shipping. Restocking fee is not published. Warranty is three years and is a separate path. BioLight covers shipping on verified warranty repairs.
Is BioLight FDA-cleared or FDA-registered?
Not cleared. The brand states that the products are low-risk general wellness / fitness devices that do not require FDA clearance, citing the 20 January 2015 general-wellness policy draft. No registration or 510(k) number was printed on the live panel or policy pages pulled for this review. This page does not invent one.
Does BioLight ship outside the United States?
Yes. The shipping policy lists the United States and all international destinations worldwide, with rates at checkout. Some products may be limited by customs or electrical specs. US standard after processing: 3 to 7 business days. International standard: 7 to 21 business days.
What do public user reviews say?
Independent Trustpilot, not the shop widget: 2.9 / 5 from 2 reviews on trustpilot.com/review/biolight.shop as of 1 September 2026. Thin sample. Not a winner badge. On-site product stars and Loox widgets are not mixed into that score.
Is there a BioLight discount code on this page?
No. Live 1 September 2026 stickers: ReCharge $999, ReStore $1,799, ReJuvenate $4,999 or $5,599 with the mobile stand. No BioLight coupon is invented here. TOP10 6% applies to RLT Home live prices only, in the funnel at the end of this page.
Where should shoppers go for a BioLight versus RLT Home comparison?
The slug /biolight-vs-rlt-home/ is planned and currently a WordPress 404. No BioLight-versus-versus URLs are live on this site as of 1 September 2026, and none are invented here. For a wider field, use the 16-brand ranking CTAs on this page.
Does brightness go to 1 percent, and does pulse really reach 10,000 Hz?
Yes on brightness: 1 to 100 percent is printed on all three live spec sheets. Pulse: the line advertises 0 to 10,000 Hz. ReJuvenate and the ReStore FAQ print 0 to 10,000 Hz. ReCharge and ReStore spec blocks print 1 to 10,000 Hz. Both wordings are recorded. A higher Hertz ceiling is a control range, not a clinical outcome.
If the fit is a seven-band full-body panel instead
RLT Home sits at the end of this review on purpose. It is not mixed through the BioLight spec sections and it is not awarded a crown here. Shoppers who wanted an in-stock 49-inch or 64-inch chassis, a seven-band mix (480, 630, 660, 810, 830, 850, 1064 nm), nine named modes, and a personalised weekly plan are looking at a different product. Live 1 September 2026 prices from redlighttherapyhome.com/products.json: RLT Home Total Spectrum MINI $495 (TOP10 $465), RLT Home Total Spectrum COMPACT $995 ($935), RLT Home Total Spectrum MAX $1,595 ($1,499), RLT Home Total Spectrum ULTRA $2,595 ($2,439), RLT Home Total Spectrum ELITE $4,495 ($4,225). TOP10 is 6% off current RLT Home stickers only, nearest dollar. No BioLight code is invented.
RLT Home Total Spectrum MINI is the 72-LED tabletop. RLT Home Total Spectrum COMPACT is the 216-LED mid panel. RLT Home Total Spectrum MAX is the 360-LED, 49.2-inch panel. RLT Home Total Spectrum ULTRA is the 480-LED, 64.3-inch lie-under panel. RLT Home Total Spectrum ELITE is the 864-LED, 65 by 20.5-inch flagship. Use the ranking board, and use the planned BioLight versus RLT Home slug when that page is actually live.
RLT Home only
TOP10 is 6% off the current RLT Home live price, nearest dollar. It does not apply to BioLight. BioLight stickers on this page are manufacturer USD with no invented code.
Bottom line
BioLight in 2026 is a Hamilton, Montana, protocol-led Dual LED catalog: ReCharge $999, ReStore $1,799 with stand and hanging kit, ReJuvenate $4,999 or $5,599 with the mobile stand. Two wavelengths, 660 and 850 nm. Dual LED is a published fact on ReCharge and ReStore, not a smear. Third-party six-inch irradiance sits in an honest 56-63 mW/cm² band; the instrument is still unnamed. ReStore prints 0.3 mG and 1.2% flicker. Three-year warranty, 60-day trial, buyer-paid return shipping, restocking not published. FDA not cleared, and the brand says so. Trustpilot 2.9 / 5 from 2 reviews as of 1 September 2026, a thin sample. Enough to judge fit. Not a market crown.
