Every live RedRush PULSE page names two peaks. 660 nm red is framed for skin and surface work. 850 nm near-infrared is framed for tissues, joints, and muscles; that joint framing is why the pain guide matters here. People with epilepsy or a seizure history should read the brand’s own caution that pulsing lights may trigger a seizure. There is no companion app required. The same FAQ notes that 660 nm and 850 nm have been studied for eyes and that brightness is the reason for the glasses. This review is not an eye-treatment guide. Wear the glasses that ship in the box. Talk to a clinician if you have an eye condition or take photosensitizing medication.
